Chapter 17

A/N- ayee I'm back. I thought I would be gone longer but what ever. So if you were wondering my dog did get out down buts all chill it's was for the best he was in a lot of pain. And my friend is still in the hospital but she leaves tomorrow to get help which is good. But enough about me and on to the story. :)))

When I was woken up, I felt like I was on someone's shoulder. Which at this point in my life is way to familiar to me.

I'm feisty what can I say. I like to do what I want when I want it. Like right now I want to sleep so I'm gonna gosh dang sleep.

I think I was alseep for another 2 hours or so until I woke up. And to my surprise we were in the famous van.

See I call it the famous van because it's a black van with three rows of seats and  tinted window so no one knows we're in it.

"Good morning penguin." I heard mama say. I smile at her and just shift in my place. I'm not really a talker, I'm quiet and reserved unless I want something.

All of the girls were talking and the radio was playing in the background. So far I've learned we are going to Mimi and papa's house. Which is my grandparents on moms side. I was just listening to their conversation until "I know what you did last summer" came on.

"I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW I KNOWWW." I sang super loudly. "Hey mom, is what you did last summer based on you and mama doing each other behind shawn's back." I said thinking out loud. Every one laughed while mama slapped the back of my head and mom's eyes widened and she covered her mouth with her hand.

The rest of the ride I got my phone taken away as a punishment for saying my 'smart remarks' as mom calls it. Totally worth it though. We had about 5 hours left in the car ride and I began to get super tired but if I fall asleep now I won't sleep tonight.

So I decided to bother Dinah who was sitting in front of me. I poke the back of her head. "Psst Dinah." I say whispering. "She pushes my hand away. "Dinah" I say a little louder poking her again. "WHAT DO YOU WANT BRAT." Dinah screamed while turning in her seat. "Aw Dinah, do you not love me." I say pouting. "Hey Camren! Stop sucking each others faces off and control your child." Dinah says point at me.

"Aww come her baby. Come cuddle with us." Mom said. See mom is super lovey dovey when it comes to me. Probably because I look exactly like her with her with mama's eyes.

"No" I say shifting closer to the window. "Aw penguin, why don't you want to cuddle with us." Mama said. Mom looked super hurt. Before I could respond to them mama picked me up and cradled me like a baby. "What the flop ma" I say trying to get out of here grip even though it was no use. "Just give up and cuddle with us penguin." Mom said, seeing that mama wasn't gonna give up.

"What ever." I roll my eyes cuddling into my mom. Slowly but surely I fell into a deep sleep....shocker right! Dinah always says I sleep way to much.

"Penguin, it's time to get up." Some one said shaking me. "Hmm what, I'm up" I said back. I sat up in the car to see we were in front of the small but cute familiar house known as my grandparents house.

"Aunt Sofi!" I scream running to her. Aunt Sofi is moms sister Sophia (her real name) is actually only 8 years older then me but still my aunt.

"Lily, wow your so much bigger." She said embracing me. "Wow...is that a fat joke?" I ask trying to be super serious. "Of course not bug your just so tall now."replying fairly quickly. I laugh and so does she.

When we walk into the house I'm faced with my grandparents, Mimi and papa. As I call them. "Mimi, papa I'm home." I scream jumping into their arms. I've always been close with my grandparents probably because I used to live with them for weeks when mama and mom had business meetings and stuff.

We all talk and sit in the living room for a long time just catching up. Can't wait for my week with them.
