The Blood moon pack held a feast for the heir of their pack leader who just turned 9. All creatures are invited except for the shape shifters who are their greatest enemy since the creation of the world. People chattering, dancing and singing along to the music can be heard and seen. Little did they know that their princess will be stolen in that wondrous night.

Piper and the other girls are just staying at a small playground under the  tree house Jonathan made for Piper.

"Lolo, lets play hide and seek." Piper tug on her playmates T-shirt. Lauren smiled and nodded then pulled Piper to other girls who are looking bored as ever.

"Guys guys Piper wants to play hide and seek." Lauren told the girls who immediately sat up and nodded. An hour or so of playing random games. Piper started yawning and the girls did as well.

"Piper lets bring you to your room. You will play with the girls tomorrow." Piper said her goodnight and hug her best friends. Before her father carried her in his arms and walk towards the mansion.

" Oh good to see you Demi it has been a while since I last seen you. You were so young then. Where is my sister? I would like to have a chat about who would be  Piper's chosen guardian and hopefully when she turns 18 another ceremony would be held for when she first shifts and find her beloved mate." Michelle, Piper's mother excitingly rambled. Demi gave her a polite hug and accompany them to their table.

"Uhm aunt Michelle where is Piper?" Michelle look around and saw her daughter being brought up the mansion by her father.

"I guess she is going to sleep now. But you could talk to her if you want to." Demi politely excuse herself and followed Jonathan to the mansion.

"Uhm let me do that uncle. You should enjoy the party." Jonathan was about to deny the request but he heard the soft snores of his now sleeping princess. He handled Piper to Demi.

"Take care of her alright?" Demi curtly nodded then brought Piper to her room. Jonathan watch them went in the mansion and walk around to talk to other people.

"Oh Jonathan nice to see you. Congratulations!" Mike Jauregui patted Jonathan, Piper's father at the back.

"Thank you Mike. So how is little Lauren doing?" Mike look around to see his daughter laughing with her 4 best friends.

"Well she is doing great. She will grow into a wonderful young lady. You know she really likes to sing. I could imagine her singing her heart out on a stage one day." Mike dreamily said with a proud smile. Jonathan sip his wine and was about to change the topic until someone patted his back.

"Forgetting us now?" Alejandro, Gordon, other fathers said. All men laughed at their synchronization and started talking about business.

After Demi placed Piper on her bed she double check all windows to see everything is safe then went out and gave Piper a last look. Once Demi went out she bump into 5 girls who were trying to go up the princess room. Her warm smile turn into a questioning gaze to which the girls slowly went down with fear in their eyes. Once they got down Demi pulled all of them to one of the business rooms located on the west wing of the mansion.

"What were you all trying to do sneaking around the royal blood's home?" The 18 year old look so scary that Ally cant help but spill the beans.

"We just want to see the princess and play  so we followed you here. We are so sorry we should have ask first. Please don't tell our fathers." The girls look so nervous and Demi know that they were all telling the truth so she immediately calmed down and gave them a smile.

"Sorry I cant help but be protective of her. She is like a little sister to me." Demi said with a gentle expression. The girls notice this and immediately relaxed. Camila's stomach rumbled. Lauren giggled and the others followed. Camila's eyes scanned around to see if there is a banana in sight. Demi heard all the girl's thoughts but one is louder than the others, Camila's.
