Emilie POV
Late night runs always seemed to put me mind at ease. Living where I live, that is the only time that I look forward to throughout the day. Living in a care home is possibly the worst thing I've ever experienced but one year left and I'll be able to leave.

About 10 o'clock every night I'd disappear into the night sky and run me little legs off, but this run was not the same as the rest, something felt weird and I don't know what it is,but I stuck to the same route that I've done every night in the past. The air felt tight and muggy. Running down the backs of an alley really put me on edge but that's the only route really I knew.

I also like to stop about 3 miles down the road from the home to admire this one house in particular. It was a house that any girl my age would want to live in. A massive mansion that was decorated so beautifully. That house gave me a calm sense of ora, everything clam and peaceful, but not tonight black thick smoke flooded the air, there was a faint sound of a high pitch alarm.

Not wanting to run past I do what any normal person would do and go scope the place out, see if anyone is in there that may be hurt. I jumped over the high gate and sprinted toward the house. There were two top of the range cars there so I am assuming that there are people still in there.

I smash down the door to smoke coming towards me and out the house. Covering my mouth with my stairs I make my way to the stair and steadily go up there to see whether people are there are not. Smoke fulfilled the whole house and as I got to what I assumed was the bedroom, I kicked the door in thinking it was a good idea at the time not thinking through that people could be in there but I was met by the eyes of the famous Cheryl and Kimberley from Girls Aloud and I was star struck but now is not the time I thought.

There was a voice, I think it came from Kim, she was very weary of me and soon enough conversation was made

"What are you doing in my house" she croaked

"Ummmmmm, your house is on fire and I could bare to think if I kept running people will be in here and then I see that you were actually in here and yeah I couldn't cope so I had to check" I replied not making any sense as me nerves got the better of me.

"Ok ummm, can you take the little one down and out please" she said in panic as I told her what was going on

"Sure, are you sure your going to be okay" i replied, lifting the sleep child out of the coat ever so carefully making sure he doesn't awake. I wrapped him in me jacket trying to protect the poor boy from the smoke.

I ran out down the stair and toward the front door and there was some kind of bang that came from the kitchen causing me to fall to my knees still clutching on to this little boy who was surprisingly still asleep, well that what i was hoping for anyway.

Calling the emergency service once I laid the little one outside and as far away from the house as I could find, placing my jacket over his tiny body to keep him as warm as I could. After getting through to the fire service and telling them where we were I decided I needed to go back in and get the other two as they hadn't come out yet.

As I got closer to the house a gush of fire came out through the door again making me fall to my stomach. I ran in and up the stair see both women crying on the bed as the fire has spread right through the their bedroom

"Come on, we need to leave" I shouted and both eyes looked and me with so much fright

" That little boy out there needs his parents" that's all I said not knowing their situation. They both looked at me with a look that I couldn't really read. The fire was getting strong and spreading by the minute and I couldn't see these two moving any time soon.

I literally went over and picked Cheryl up and said to Kim "I'm not playing around, MOVE, that boy out there needs the both of you and us sat here crying is not doing him any good" I don't know where that came from but that was the only thing I could think of to get her to move.

"Keep down and follow my lead" They did as I said and soon enough I lead them down the stairs and outside the door, Having putting Cheryl down allowing them both to run to what i assume is their son. They both sprinted off into the distance leaving me behind. I tried following them out but something caught my leg pulling it down just as i reached the door. Another burst of fire erupted and I tried everything I could to unleash myself from what was holding me back but nothing I was doing was working,so my only hope was for the fire men to come and save me that if i'm not gone by the time they arrive.
