I was lying there, soaked from the snow that was seeping through my diaphanous clothing, and melting on my bare skin. I couldn't recollect what had just happened; it went by pell-mell. It was ostensible that I was dragged here, according to the marks in the snow.
I couldn't remember what warmth felt like.
Thoughts were running through my mind, scampering around, and I was barely able to get a grasp on them. My whole body was tremulous, and my heart was pounding in my chest. The scent of pine, wood, and lemons were invading my nostrils. It made my stomach queasy.
I inhaled slowly, watching the snowflakes fall from the cloud infested sky. I was suddenly feeling fatigued. I exhaled. My fingers were numb, and my nose was as cold as the snowflakes falling. My long hair was sprawled behind me, and my painted turquoise fingernails were chipped from getting scratched and picked at.I closed my eyes, letting the exhaustion take over me. But then I heard a whimper; a cry.
I looked into the vast numbers of trees in front of me, and I saw them: eccentric grey eyes that belonged to a wolf.
I had felt a sudden flutter in my chest as we stared at each other.
That was the only thing I could remember about him: his grey eyes.
I thought I'd never see them again.
. . . . . . . .
Hope you like it so far.
This is my first story ever written on Wattpad. I've decided to reveal my hobby just like everyone else here on this website/app. I hope it's readable (is that even a word..?)
