He is Dixie's little brother. They are roommates with Candy.

Dixie is a space cat that has no place to stay, and when she saw Candy she forced her to shelter her and Everett. In the beginning Candy hated Dixie and her obnoxious and quirky behavior, but as time passed by they actually became friends. Everette, however, randomly gets an illness when he looses his sanity and blasts his small laser gun everywhere in the home. That is normal for a space cat, since that determines if they will turn out to be savages or sane.
