I open my hotel room door and gasp. Everything is so fucking beautiful. I am living the dream.

I throw my bags on my bed and open the curtains, taking in the beautiful view. I'm smiling so much, my mouth is starting to hurt. I rush to the bathroom and scan everything. The soap, shampoo, and perfume is just pure perfection. I can't believe this. I look into the mirror-

By dark brown hair flows down past my shoulders, my bright blue eyes shine, and my 5'4 body stands as if it wasn't meant to be here. I stare at my body-

Am I really model material? What does Scooter see in me?

I frown, this can't be. How did I even get here? I miss my dad. Yet, I don't. Ugh, what am I doing with my life.

Someone knocks at the door. I brush my hair through my fingers and quickly answer. A tall, yet tiny man stands there holding a box with a card. He smiles at me, "Delivery for Alexandria Bloom".

What? "Oh", I smile, "Thank you". I close the door as he walks away and rush to my bed. I sit on the bed and place the box on my lap, with my legs closed. The box is so fancy, it must have cost a ton. I read the card,

"For Bloom,

I would like to apologize for this surprise, I must have forgotten to give this to you when we met. There is a dress in this box for you to wear tonight at the event happening in downtown Hollywood. The event is a success party for Pencils Of Promise, a non-profit charity dedicated to help build schools and increases educational opportunities in the developing world. Likewise, my wife has picked out this lovely dress for you, and some accessories in which I am certain you will love. I will have a driver pick you up at the hotel tonight at 6.

See you then , Bloom".

I smile, for me? God, I can't believe this. I quickly open the box and find the most beautiful dress laying there, calling my name. I pull out this long black dress, not fancy, but just the right beauty. It's so fucking beautiful. I pull out a bag full of makeup, ranging from lipstick to foundation. Holy shit, this is crazy. I also pull out a curling iron, straightener, brush, and other amazing things.

I scoot everything to the side and start jumping on my bed, like a kid. I feel myself get excited even more. I feel as if I did when I was a kid, happy about everything. I feel like I did before my mom and my little brother died. I can't stop smiling. As I jump on the bed, I don't hear the bed squeak. Even the bed is perfect. Ugh, why me?

I jump off the bed, landing hard on the floor. Yet, I smile again. I rush to the bathroom grabbing the box and get ready. I dig through the box and begin pulling things out.

I am so excited.

Ah, yes. I smile as I pull out lipstick, red lipstick.

Red has always been a symbol of evil in my world.

But tonight,

It's a symbol of my life changing.
