A.N: Hey guys just a tip. Try reading the prologue first so that the story makes more sense.
Nora
I look down at the black box that is being buried down into the ground. My father's dead body was being buried. Everyone around me was sobbing, the grey clouds soaked in rain water like a sponge just waiting to explode. I felt empty. My father was everything to me. He made me smile when I was sad. He would talk to me like no one else did. But now he's dead. 3 days, it had been 3 whole days since my fathers death. Everything around me now just seemed a little bit greyer and a little bit sadder. My mother had been locked in her studio painting and painting, not even taking breaks to eat. My brother and I had barely exchanged words in since 3 days. The world seemed to be crumbling beneath my feet.
All because a stupid drunk driver had to drive into my dad's car.
