Jamie's POV
The next morning I woke up feeling excited for school, not nervous like I had been the previous day. Joe and Angel were really nice people, I just hope that they'll talk to me again today.
The boys weren't to pleased that I had made friends with a boy but after an hour lecture they seemed to give up and let me get on with it. Not without the strict warning that if I ever did get a boyfriend behind their backs then they would ground me for life....they were just kidding...I hope
"Jamie! Get down here or Niall's going to have eaten your breakfast" I heard Louis shout from downstairs.
The boys had discussed that each day two of them would get up in the morning for me, because they didn't all need to bring me to school each day. Today was Niall and Louis's day, could be the only day that the pair of them could look after me but we'll just have to see.
"Coming!" I called back and picked up my backpack before skipping down the stairs. Without falling.
I entered the kitchen and to be honest wasn't surprised at what I saw. Someone had managed to smash the jam jar over the floor and butter was spread all over the table with breadcrumbs stuck to it. Toast...they were only making toast.
I shook my head while laughing.
"What's so funny?" Nail asked cluelessly, walking into the kitchen and briefly slipping on the jam.
"The mess, what were you trying to do?" I laughed.
"Make toast, duh" he said and picked the toast of my plate, taking a bite of it himself.
I smiled and rolled my eyes at him. Niall and Louis carried in cleaning up the kitchen while I ate my breakfast and made sure I had everything ready for school.
Louis was actually driving me to school and Niall was staying at home. Once it was time to leave Louis grabbed the keys and we headed it's of the door and to the car.
"Thanks for the lift" I said gratefully whilst getting out the car once we had arrived at school.
"No problem kiddo, Liam's picking you up tonight okay so just look for his car" Louis explained.
I nodded and waved while walking towards the front gate. I had memorised my way to my tutor room the day before and managed to find it on my own. Angel and Joe were already in there and were sat talking to eachother.
"Hey" they said when they saw me.
I smiled back and we sat down at a table. While we were talking I noticed a girl kept glaring at me.
The girls name was Lucy and I remember Angel telling me that she could be really horrible if she wanted to be. She had even made a girl move schools because she had bullied them so badly. I just hoped she didn't make me her next victim.
When lunch time came I realised I had lost Joe and Angel in the big rush to get to the canteen. I rushed around trying to find them but was surprised when someone yanked me by my arm and pulled me into a quiet corridor.
"Listen here" I looked up to see Lucy glaring at me with nothing but hate in her eyes. "You stay away from Joe, he doesn't even like you" She said with disgust oh so clear in her voice.
"But he's my friend" I said but regretted it as soon as the words left my mouth.
"Friend?" Lucy laughed. "As if, Joe doesn't like girls like you, so just stop bothering him would you. As for Angel, she always makes friends with the new kid, but she leaves them soon after and moves on to someone else"
