You caught the apple and took another bite as you were walking towards the barricade. You pushed than aside with your TK and walks past the dripping walls. The corridors continued for miles in each direction and had many levels. You lead your little party through the labyrinth and eventually reached a stairway. You stood at the centre and sighed. "This is getting tedious." Then you raised your hand and a small ball of light appeared in your hand. You had been thinking about the physics of a directed fusion blast and now was your time to try it out. You splayed your hand apart and the ball instantly spread out into a beam that continued up and through the facility above, about the width that the stairway was.

A strong smell of ozone filled the area around the beam you had made. You looked up and saw the night sky at the top of the burnt out shaft. You sent out a scanning pulse and found that you were beneath Seattle. To be precise the shaft you had made was in the Olympic national park less than 60 km from Seattle's city centre. "Alright, every body gather round." You said and all the supers gathered around you and you formed a force field. You lifted up everybody using the force field and flew them all out and past Seattle. You took them to a point 40km away from the city and a good few km up and left them in the field as you flew back to the facility and created another supernova. This time big enough to consume both the entire facility but also Seattle. You left the needle though.

It was almost morning by the time you got back to the Nosh. Not everybody can handle going at a fraction of the speed of light. You dropped everyone off and headed for the Capitol tower. As you walked through the doors the guards greeted you with a salute of punching their fists forward. You waved your hands and your jumpsuit turned into your black carapace and regal cape. You stood beneath a shaft that was made especially for flyers and shot up it at mach 2. You gently stepped onto the penthouse floor and burst through the doors. Julian came out of his room, yawning, looking like he just woke up. When he saw you he was instantly awake. "Hey, Bro." He greeted as he matched your march towards you office.

"Do we still occupy Britain?" You asked.

"Yeah, Our troops are currently helping with the evacuation of the last remaining supers. Actually we took that prison you where shipped to less than a day ago. We now hold all but the north of Scotland." He briefed you.

"Start the process of annexation. Use empaths to determine whether the norms harbour anti-super views. If they do Put them to work. If they dont register them as citizens and they can live in piece. I will forgive those that only harbour anti-super views for the two occasions of me using the supernova blast." You ordered. Julian was surprised by this.

"Two occasions...." He said stunned.

"I destroyed Seattle. There was a military facility beneath it." You answered.
