Chapter 8- I Dont Understand

Im back! I hope you like this chapter.....Im a little bit rusty with writing chapters since I haven't wrote one in ages so please bare with me anyway....ENJOY!

Ken's P.O.V

I walk out of Kaylee's house, confused on why she just snapped at me....what did I do wrong? I don't understand to be honest.

I walk down the street, I look down at my phone in my hand '12:30am' my parents are gonna be so worried shit. 

*At home*

"Ken you're home! I was so worried!" My mom shouts hugging me

"Mom....really.....Im a big boy now" I look at her as she burst out laughing

"You're.....funny Ken..HAHA!" I look at her with a serious expression 

"Oh you're being serious..."

"Duh...well I'm going to unpack and head to bed night mom" She kisses my head and goes off into the kitchen and I head upstairs

"Time to unpack all of this crap" I sigh opening my suitcase dumping everything on the floor, I shouldn't have done that...I pick up all the photos that fell out. I pick up a photo of me and Kaylee..she was so innocent I feel slight tears spill out of my eyes....ALRIGHT! WHO'S CUTTING THE ONIONS? Its the ninja's isn't it? I wipe my tears and I look at the photo for a second before taking it out of the frame and throwing the photo in the bin in the corner of my room. I sit against my bed running my fingers through my hair

"You alright?" I hear a voice say, I look up and see my mom standing against my door frame 

"No..."

"Whats up bub?" She says taking a seat on my desk chair

"Kaylee is whats up, I don't know what happened to her.....she was such a beautiful sweet funny girl, now look at her" I say, she opens her mouth to speak but I look at her as if i'm not finished so she closes her mouth

"She has so much anger stored up in her body and she can't control it...I don't understand like when she saw me today, the look she gave me....its like she didn't want me there, and it looked like she doesn't even like me. I don't know what to do" 

"Ken...there is nothing you can do bub...just give her time" Wow good advice

"There has to be..." I say

"Well....there is something you could do but it might not work....." she trails off

"What! Tell me!" I say shooting up from my spot

"Take her somewhere" 

"Really? You got me excited for that?" I say sinking back down in my spot

"Ken listen! I mean take her somewhere special...a place you shared the most memories...good and bad ones...Oooh! Take her to place you both met....maybe she will warm up too you" 

"That actually doesn't sound bad...but how am I suppose to make her come with me" 

"That's your job" She tells me as she gets up but stop at my bin 

"You might want this back" she grabs the photo out of the bed and hands it to me

"Night" She says before leaving
