Riley's POV
It's now been 2 weeks since my mamas funeral, i miss her so much im like the spitting image of her with the chocolate brown hair and blue eyes, every time i look in the mirror i only see my mom! i haven't been to school since the Friday my mom died, i haven't talked to ryan or austin, its just been me and my daddy. i was laying in bed when i heard the doorbell ring. so i got up and answered it and it was ryan and austin i walked away covering my face because i knew as soon as i seen them id cry.
Austin-hey sweetheart how are you holding up? we miss you at school, and baby girl please dont tell me your cutting again...
Riles-im not coming back to school and with that i started to walk away
Ryan- c'mon riles, we know your missing her a lot right now but we dont like when you hurt yourself!
the next thing i knew is that i was being pulled into a hug from my best friends, thats all i needed for me to calm down, they always knew how to change my mood in like 3 seconds flat. the front door opened and my dad walked in carrying pizza,
Riles- guys its been a sucky 2 weeks, but i probably would have died, if you guy weren't here through all of this, i love you guys so much i couldn't ask for a better dad or better best friends.

2 weeks ago i lost the love of my life to cancer! its been a long few weeks but i still have my little girl by my side at all times, her friends are like the sons ive always wanted they're here all the time.
dad- ok everyone pizzas getting cold eat it while its still hot!
