He finished off with her and smacked her in the face, leaving a huge hand mark on her right cheek. He untied her and dragged her outside, tying her to a tree with tape around her mouth so no one can hear her screams. He walked inside to bring the bones from the man he killed the morning before so he could dispose of all of the evidence of him even being there. He walked out the door carrying a trash bag of all of his remains to dump it in a river near by. Eight months go by and the woman were close to giving birth, they were separated, put into different different rooms so he could do tortures on them, watching to see how much pain they could take before dying. The little girl was still strapped to the table, nude, cold, scared, and beaten, emotionally and physically. Sarah was taken into the other room to give birth but shortly after, the child would be killed and cooked for the women's dinner.
