It was my freshman year, I had new clothes, a new look and a new attitude toward school. Until Jackson walked and I turn into a little kid again, except for my hair and clothes. He's been my crush for who knows how long. Well I was super excited to make new friends and see my bestie Shadow, which I've known forever. Well anyways I was super happy to make new friends and see Shadow. Let's get back to my crush Jackson, the hottest guy that ever known (that's what I think). He came to our school two years ago. When I saw Jackson I didn't think much of him, but when he talked to me. His voice was deep, soothing and soft. I melted. As he was talking to me I looked into his eyes and they were so blue, so green, and all the colors of the ocean. I almost got lost. Jackson asked me a question. I didn't hear him, because I was looking at his eyes and how beautiful they were. I said this "Mmm... oh sorry, I'm really tired and I was spacing. What was the question?" I felt stupid; I wasn't even tired or spacing. I was lost in his eyes.
Jackson asked me this question "What are you doing this weekend?"
I was surprised I'd thought he would ask me about school stuff because we were in a group together.
I replied "Um...well I don't know."
"Would you like to come over and work on the project together, it would get it done faster." Well it was about school stuff, but at least I can go over to his house, its two houses down from mine. I couldn't wait. I wanted to see what his room looked like and smelled. Well I know that is a little weird, but he had cologne that smelled like heaven
Then Brianna Belo cut into our conversation "Oh so you are going on a date how cute."
I was pissed I didn't want her in my group, but it was the teachers choice. So I said "It's not a date were just working on the project together."
"Oh really"
"Yes really" I could not stand her. With her perfect hair, nails, and clothes.
She gave a death stare; I gave it back to her.
Jackson just sat there wide eyed.
After that incident, I still went over to his house Saturday we worked on the project. Which was about plant life. So we went on a hike in the woods out back of his house. We found different leaves, plant and trees that I've never seen before. The only bad part about being in the woods; was that Brianna Belo heard what we were going to do. So she "went hunting with her daddy".
She took a video with her father's hunting cameras. Which was not weird at all?
Jackson and I were walking back and he stopped.
I said "why did you stop, didn't you find another plant?" My heart stopped, was he going to do what I thought he was going to do?
"No, I have something to ask you."
My heart was dancing. "Yeah what is it?
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes! Oh Yes!" I was soooo excited!
"Awesome. I just have something else to do"
"Yeah what is it. Are we going to go to the mov-". He had kissed me. It was amazing. Fireworks lit up inside. Brianna's cameras didn't even work because she doesn't know how to use them. She forgot to put batteries in them. That was the most perfect day I had in in my life.
