'Bruce I just don't know, that's not something you just forget' You sighed, you knew you wanted everything to be back the way it was.

You lost count how many nights you cried yourself to sleep because you missed him so. You knew you were the only one who could calm him, make him laugh. Oh god you missed his laugh.

'Please, I'll do anything. We can take it slow, I just need my best friend back please' He was sobbing into your lap, on his knees.

You couldn't take it anymore. You ran your hands through his curls. He sobbed harder, and you just wanted to hold him.

'Bruce, stand up'

He looked so small, so innocent.

'I'll forgive you on one condition'

'I'll do anything I swear'

'You pay for Chinese tonight, and I'm stealing your university hoodie' You giggled at him.

He wiped his face and suddenly picked you up and spun you round.

'You know where it's at loser, you want the usual' He laughed.

Everything was going to be okay.
