Kandi's Story; The Fear Instilled In Me (On Hold)

Chapter 2: Family Reunion in Vaniville!

"Talonflame land over there." I point at the ground near my parents' home. "Talon!" She replies, landing smoothly. "Kandi! Its great to see you! How are your studies?" Its my Daddy. He goes around the world teaching students about strategy. Basically type coverage, and moves types, and that stuff. "Good. Right now we're learning about legendaries. I have to write a paper about either Xerneas or Yvetal by Monday." Our education system is very interesting. Ages four through seven learn about math and language arts, and basic science. Those years can feel stressful, but they make it easy for you. I mean seriously, we don't need you to type everything we have to learn and show it to us everyday for review! Ages seven to eight learn about Pokémon history, and type coverage. After that you learn about legendaries, berries, potions, different moves, and that stuff. Once you become a trainer you don't have anything important left to learn. Of course, there still is middle school and high school, and college. They only require you to take week long session of middle school, a month long session of highschool, and you don't have to go to college. "How are you gonna get the paper there?" He asked. Against my dad's request I go to Faerie Academy, in Lavvre city. Noble went to the Academy for Kalos Trainers in Lumiose. That's where Dad wanted me to go, but Faerie Academy was in his top three. His second choice would have been Calm Mind Academy (I know the names suck), in Anistar. That's where Lilly goes. And Crystal. She goes to New Trainers Academy, in Vaniville. And Kyle went to Academy of Pokemon Knowledge In Striaton City, in Unova. Wow! I just rambled on about education. I surprise myself. Why do we all go to different schools? We live in different places, and have different hobbies. We also just prefer some academies over others.
"I'll have Talonflame deliver it!" I replied. "You really expect me to lend you Talonflame for a week?" It was Noble. "You're here!" I tackled her into a hug. She pat my head and sat down on the porch railing. Her teal hair almost touching the porch floor. Wow, her hair was long! Her turquoise eyes stared at me in a amusement. "Let me ask you then, do you know the legend about Xerneas, and the legend about Yvetal. She asked, teasing me. "A long time ago in Kalo-" Noble cut me off. "Its okay, you've shown me you understand. A simple 'I know' would've done the question justice." I smirked at her. Mom then came, riding on her GoGoat. Behind her was a box containkn three pokeballs, being carried by Lilly. I ran over to them. Mom got off and told me, " You have three great Pokemon waiting for your answer." Lilly came next to her, her honey brown hair coming down to her belly. "I know you'll be impressed!"
