This is my project that I was doing in English. We had to choose a social issue and I chose the effects of war on society. This represents the sorrow and hurt and trauma the soldiers had to live. The world makes them seem like Heros but inside that are tormented and broken by the things they lived.
The losses that they witnessed. We all need a hero, but who is there to catch the hero when they fall and break apart. My teacher wanted us to come up with two solutions, but how are we supposed to stop something that never goes away.
It's heartbreaking to know that many have suffered for one thing. Support to all the veterans that are out there struggling and even if they can't hear me, I want them to know that there is someone who loves them for their efforts and struggles even if I can't fix them.
