You tossed and turned. You were just having a very peaceful sleep. Though, something didn't feel quite right. "Yah! That boy is going to kill himself!" You said as you reached your hand to the opposite side of the bed. This is nothing new, Jihoon always snuck out of bed once you were asleep. You blinked your tired eyes and yawned, looking across the room at the clock. "2AM?!" You swung your legs and jumped out of your bed and you began to regain consciousness.
Slowly but surely, you waddled down the hall, a few bumps into the occasional wall occurred. Walls. Always in the way. You trailed around the house half dead until you came to the door. You rested your forehead against the hard wood. "Jihoon!" You shouted. No answer, you twisted the doorknob, ran into the door frame, and stood inside of his studio. The walls were fairly plain, except for the occasional note near his desk. You would often write Jihoon sticky notes and paste them on his wall to remind him of his importance. He liked them, and refused to take them down even if they no longer stay in place and often fall down. Just like you feel like doing, about now.
Jihoon looks up from the computer screen and sees your reflection in his window. He blinks and tilts his head slightly. "Wha--?" He spun his chair around. "Something wrong, Jagi?" He looked up at you. It took you a few seconds to register his words over your exhaustion, you snapped back into reality. "Something is wrong. You're always in your studio, you seldom do anything else, and even skip meals! I'm worried and don't know what to do. I appreciate your hard work but you really need to take care of yourself, too! What's going to happen if you become sick from lack of sleep! What if something happens to you! What if--" After your short and drowsy rant went on for awhile, Jihoon grabbed your hand. "Shhhhhhh. I know you're worried."
He stood up and led you to the couch. He sat down and sat you down on his knee. "I have to work hard for the both of us, and Seventeen. I have a big job and it takes a lot of my time away. But you help me through my exhaustion and give me energy. Although, you are making me pretty tired right now." He chuckled and kissed your hand. You nodded firmly. "Don't you think you push your limits sometimes..?" He sighed. "I really am fine." You frowned. "I know you think you're invincible, but you're not..." You continued to express your concerns to him but stopped when he abruptly dropped your hand. His eyes were closed and he breathed in and out rhythmically, using the arm of the couch as a pillow. You smiled and ran your hand through his hair. "Jihoon, you work too hard." You shook your head and got off of him, coming back into the room wrapped in a large blanket. You took the opposite end of the couch and wrapped his arm around your waist, spreading the blanket out for the two of you and soon fell fast asleep, as your worries about your workaholic boyfriend were put to sleep as well.
