A girl wants to die and a guy wants to love

Chapter 7: The end

Sky runs past Nate and hits the book out of his hand.
The book falls into the puddle next to him.
Sky hugs Jin.
"I love you," Nate whispers.
Nate looks down at the wet book.
The he turns his head behind him to see sky and Jin.
Sky loves him.
But Jin doesn't love her.
She feels nobody loves her.
But Nate does.
His whole life has been in sky's world.
He turns his head to the edge of the building and runs towards the edge.
He stops on the edge and looks down at the cars.
"Nate! What are you doing."
He turns his whole body and slowly moves his feet backwards.
"Stop!" Sky screams.
"Sky I have loved you since the day we meet.
He does not love you.
I do.
But you have never seen it.
You are happy with him.
And I can never been happy again."
He leans backwards and spreads his arms out.
"Wait."
Sky runs to try and catch him.
He leans back further.
Until he feels like he is flying. Sky jumps to the edge and reaches her hand out.
But it's too late.
She looks down and sees Nate falling towards his death.
She turns away as she can't look at him.
Suddenly she hears screams.
She knows he has fallen.
She looks back down and cries.
Jin takes her away from the edge.
"I've got you. It's alright."
She never knew how much Nate loved her.
And she doesn't know how much Jin doesn't.
Her life was hanging in a thread.
And now the thread has broken.
