We were running through the woods.I had to save her.I didn't care if I die.I just wanted her to be safe.I grabbed her hand and told her to run faster.I swore I'll protect her. She wrenched her arm from my grasp.

"Why are we running,Derek?" she yelled

"Because if he catches you,he will kill you." I said

"Why would your uncle want to kill me." she said.

"Because that's what Peter does.He always wants to get back at me."I told her

"I'm not scared.Leave me alone." she said and run away from me.I tried to stop her but then I saw him.He caught her.She tried to escape his grasp but she wasn't strong enough.

"Derek!Help me,please."She screamed

"Please!Leave her alone! I'll do anything you want."I pleaded.

He had his claws out ready to hurt her."It's time to say goodbye to your little friend." .I saw her lying on the ground with a big scratch on her neck.I couldn't hear her heart beating.The heart that she told me that it beats only for me stopped.I will never hear her voice again.I'll never see her beautiful eyes.I fell on my knees still looking at my dead girlfriend."Come on Derek,you will find someone new."Peter said and left.I couldn't believe this.The person I loved most is gone."Noooooo!"I screamed.

"Derek!" I was woken up by Peter .When I saw him I didn't feel anything but anger.

"Finally.I tried to wake you up for ten minutes.You were screaming and shaking." he said

I pushed him away and yelled."What did you to her?"

"What?" he said.

"Y/N.Did you do something to her."I continued yelling.

"I can't believe she told you.It was one night and we were drunk." he said

"What?!"I said exasperate.

"Calm down.It was a joke."he said

"Do you think I want to hear your jokes right now?I want you out of here.And more important.I want you to stay away from her." I yelled.

"Ok..I don't know what happened but it was a nightmare.Y/N is safe.She's sleeping in her comfortable bed.She's luckier then me.Why do I have to have such an annoying nephew." he said and left the room.

It was a dream.It was just a dream and she's safe.

Y/N P.O.V

My alarm clock announced me that it's time to get up and prepare for school.When I looked at my phone I saw a lot of messages from Derek.In every message he asked me if I'm ok or if I need something.When I was ready,I left my house and went to school.I was surprised when I saw my boyfriend standing in front of my door.

"Derek?What are you doing here?"I asked while giving him a hug.

"Well..I have a car and i thought that maybe I could take you to school." he said

"No,thank you.I like walking." I said

"I'll come with you." he said

"Ok....Did something happen?" I asked.

"No.Why would you ask this?" he said

"Because you are nervous.I'm not a werewolf and I stiil can fell it." I said

"Everything is ok.Don't worry." he said

Everything was ok at school.The only annoying thing was that Derek came to me on each break to see if I am ok.At first it was cute that he was so protective but now it's really suffocating.When my last class was over I saw him waiting for me in front of school.

"Are you kidding me?I'm not a little child.You don't have to take me home.I promise you I won't talk to stranger and I won't cross the road if I don't look both ways" I yelled at him.

"Ok...I'm sorry.I shouldn't treat you like a child.Do you want to came tonight and watch a movie?" he said trying to calm me down.

I sighed."Yes.I would like to.Sorry I yelled at you."

I knocked on Derek's door,ready for our movie night.It was Peter the one who opened.

"Hi.You came for Derek,didn't you?" he said with a smirk.

"Yes.I usually came here for Derek." I said.

I entered and sat on the couch.Peter sat next to me.

"What do you want?"I said really annoyed by him staring at me.

"Maybe I just enjoy spending time with my nephew's girlfriend.Why do you think I want something." he said.

"Because you always want something." I said.

"Look...I really want us to be friends.I know that Derek told you some stories about me but I've changed.I try to be a better person." he said.

"Ok..You have my trust." I said.

"I told you to stay away from her!" you heard Derek's angry voice.I looked at my boyfriend.His eyes were read and his claws were out, ready for attack.

"Derek? Can I talk to you for a sec?" I said.

We went to the kitchen.While he tried to regain control I tried not be angry.

"I don't understand what's happening to you" I said as calmly as I could

"I told him to not talk to you or to be near you." he yelled.

"Why?He just tries to be friend with me.It's not like I will leave you for him." I said.

"He killed you!" he said.

"WHAT?! Derek...You realize that I'm not a ghost,don't you?" I said.

"Why don't you do as I say?I'm just trying to protect you." he yelled.

"Protect me from what?Why are you so scared?"I yelled at him

I saw in his eyes that he was sorry for yelling at me.

"I had this dream last night.You were killed and I was standing there unable to do something to save you.I was powerless and when I watched you laying there, dead, I felt that my whole world was destroyed.You are everything for me.I don't want to lose you."he said with tears in his eyes.

I hugged him and said."You will never lose me.I'm sorry.I didn't know what happened to you.You are everything for me too."

He cupped my face and kissed me.

"Please don't be mad at me for trying to protect you."he said

"You just told me the words that every girl wants to hear.I'm so lucky to have you."I said,stroking his cheek.

"No.I'm the lucky one."he said and kissed my forehead.
