I Know

I know it's hard.
It's hard to breathe,
It's hard to heal,
It's hard to be the one he wants.
I know you can make it.
You're a very beautiful, intelligent woman.
You're a very flawless, independent woman.

I know it's hard.
It's hard to focus.
It's hard to take things serious.
It's hard not to lose her.
I know you can be your best.
You're a very strong, soft-hearted man.
You're a very smart, loving man.

I know he'll get the girl he loves and not lose her.
I know she'll be the one he wants.
They'll live a perfect life if they try.
I know this only because two halves of a broken heart can make it whole,
then two broken people can be a whole.
