Chapter 14

Lauren's POV

I hugged Christina. She laid her head on my shoulder. We stayed like that for a while until someone knocked on the front door.

"I'll get it." I said.

I was about to open the door but then Lisa shouted my name so I turned around to see what's wrong. I'm about to open the door again when suddenly the door flew open and hit my nose. I screamed in pain.

"I'm sorry. Are you okay?" The guy asked.

I stared at his green eyes.

Perfection.

Oh stop it Lauren. Nicky got kidnapped so no time to get a crush on her brother.

But he's so cute

Think about Nicky Lauren. Think. About. Nicky.

"Hey are you okay?" Christian asked. I snapped out of my thoughts.

"Oh, yeah. Fine." I said while holding my nose.

"Here." Christian said while handing me his hanky.

"Thank you." I said. Christian smiled.

"Guys. Stop acting like 15 year olds. We've got to find a way to get Nicky out of that place." Lisa interrupted.

Christian came in then went to his room. He came back out for dinner. We sat down on our places then ate.

"Are you okay?" Christian asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"Okay guys, meeting. Living room, now." Christina said then went to the living room.

We put our plates in the sink then went to the living room. Kath, Amy and Dani came so we started the meeting.

"Okay guys, you all know what to do." Christina said. We all nodded.

"Okay. Let's get some sleep. We need energy for tomorrow." she added.

"Katherine, Amy and Dani, you guys can stay in the guest room." Christian said.

"Thank you." Kath said then went upstairs.

"Which room?" Kath asked running back down the stairs.

"4th room to you right." Christian said.

"Thanks again." Kath said then ran up the stairs. Amy and Dani followed her.

"C'mon girls. We need to get some sleep." Christina said. Lisa and I nodded then went upstairs.

Nicky's POV

He came back bringing a cushion, pillow and a blanket. He set it up in the corner.

"Sleep there. I'll be back tomorrow morning." he said then untied me.

I laid down on the cushion and wrapped myself with the blanket. I stared at the wall for a while then drifted to sleep.

Christina's POV

I can't sleep. I've been thinking about Nicky the whole day. I prayed that she will be safe. I stared at Nicky's bed. Tears forming in my eyes. I miss Nicky. I got up carefully, trying not to wake up Lauren. I was about to go to the bathroom when I heard something fall.

"Can't sleep too?" I asked Lisa. She's climbing down her bed, her phone fell.

"Yeah, thinking about Nicky." Lisa said.

"Same." I said then went to the bathroom.

I washed my face then went back to bed.

Christian's POV

Everybody's asleep. I think. I can't sleep thinking about Nicky. I remembered what I told Casey. I told him that I only have Nicky. But that's not true. I still have Seyanna, Nicky's twin sister. I didn't tell Christina that Nicky has a twin sister cause I don't want them to know. But I think I'm gonna tell them soon. Seyanna's living in the orphanage since she was a year old. We sent her there because mom and dad can't handle us three. I'm gonna go visit her tomorrow before we go to Nicky.

I looked at the time, 12:30am. I'm going to sleep. I closed the blinds then slept.

Nicky has a twin sister and she doesn't even know she has one. When will Christian tell them? Does Seyanna even know that she has a twin sister?
