Klaus's POV
Witches that we talked to always told us that for curing Caroline the witch that spelled her or would break the spell herself or would be killed so I decided for the easy way and kill Genevieve.
I had a plan, I was going to call her to met her and my siblings were going with me but would be hiding somewhere.
After I called Genevieve and asked to met her in the woods, to talk alone with her about how hard it's being see Caroline and how she's been rejecting me, which was a big fat lie but it was the only way so she would be alone with me, by thinking that I am fragile and in need of comfort.
I went to the woods and my siblings come with me and quickly hide themselves when we heard Genevieve coming.
"Hey Klaus! How are you? Considering..." she said like if she actually cared.
"I just had to be with someone and lately I have been feeling that you're the only one I can count on." I said and we hugged, then I put a hand in her heart and when I was about to ripping it off she made my blood boil and having a really bad headache and with her distraction Elijah snapped her neck.
I hybrid speed to my mansion while Elijah and Kol get rid off the Genevieve's body.
I walked over to the basement and took Caroline.
"It's done. You are no longer under her spell."
"Seriously?" She asked with a bright and I nodded, then she kissed me passionately. "Thank you for fighting for me."
"Always." I said making her smile and her eyes sparkle.
"Let's go to the garden. I need to remember the feeling of the sun in my face. It's been long time since I went outside."
"Anything you want, love." I said and kiss her soft lips, then took her to the garden and I stayed there admiring her, while she enjoying being around the nature and feeling the sun in her face.
"I missed this so much. I always hated to be a long time in a house." She said when looked at me.
"I'm so sorry for not being able to protect you, love. I know that I was supposed to be the one protecting you since the beginning and..." I was saying but she cut me off with a kiss.
"Don't apologize. You were my hero. You aremy hero. You're always there, when I was human and when I was a vampire, you were the one who always stand by my side no matter what, even when I denied how I felt about you. I'm the one who has to apologize, I'm sorry for taking so long to admit to you and myself the way I felt about you. I love you Niklaus Mikaelson." She said making me smile of her mini-speech and I kissed her passionately and felt her smile on my lips, then she only break the kiss to catch her breath while we smiled to each other.
"I love you too Caroline Forbes." I said and kissed her again with passion, lust and love.
