Another Face

Am i just another face

in the crowd?

Average just normal does anything stand out?

Am i good at anything?

Can i dance can i sing?

I can't draw i can't act

Nope nothing like that

Who am i?

Just a girl in this big big world

Ordinary and plain

Some people call me insane

My head is to big

and my hips are to wide

i laugh when im not suppose to  and never say

i love you

Through all my flaws and insecurities

comes the makings of me.

When you see me

What do you see?

A lonely girl who cries herself

to sleep at night?

No you don't see that

i try my best to hide

who i really am

i hide my tears with laughter

im not the perfect girl

you thought i was

im just looking for somebody

to love me

and i don't know anybody who does.

Forfeit.

I see you with all these girls

and i know i can't compete

i thought you found something special

i thought you found it in me

it's no use crying over

what could have been

I should just give up

becuase i know i won't win

i don't have much to offer you

like the other girls do

All i have is my heart thats all i can give to you

They're so much prettier

than i can ever be

i was just kidding my self

why would you want somebody

who looks like me?

im not a size two or even a three

she can give you all you need and more

so i guess i should just close this door

Everyone keeps telling me to move on thats what i have to do

to forget about you

i have these tears rolling down my cheeks
