Trust In Me

Chapter Two: Knowing

Harry's P.O.V.:

"So is the ground interesting or what?" I asked, MJ looked at me with me staring at her lovely blue orbs and smiling cheekily at her,

"Ummm..." She said while slowly backing away from me, I gave her a confused look and she still was backing away from me,

I looked Liam to see that he was engulfed in a conversation with his girlfriend, I went to him and lightly tapped on his shoulder, he turned around facing me and raised his eyebrow,

"Can I talk to you privately Liam?" I asked him, he nodded and excused himself from Lily,

We went in Liam's room, didn't I mention that we were at Liam's house?

"What do you want to talk about?" Liam asked,

"I wanted to ask about MJ."

"You like her already?"

I nodded slightly blushing,

"Figures that you've been trying to flirt with her." Liam said chuckling,

I blushed harder,

"She is beautiful and all, trust me but I don't want you hurting my bestfriend, she has been through a lot despite her young age."

"I wasn't planning to."

"But the only problem is that she has trust issues, especially to guys."

"Then how did you and Lily get so close to her if she has trust issues?" I asked, that just doesn't make sense,

"Lily and have been by her side for years and whenever she needed someone I or Lily was always there for her until I joined the X-factor but she still had Lily and she still tells me everything." He said in a serious tone,

"So how can I get her to trust me?" I asked,

"All you have to do is get close to her and be patient, she'll warm up to you eventually." He said,

"What happened to her that made her like this?"

"That's not my place to tell."

I sighed and began to wonder how this could have happened to her, she looks so sweet but she's delicate, so delicate that she is like a flower,

"Any more questions?" Liam asked snapping me out of my thoughts,

"Just one more." I said,

"What is it?"

"What does MJ mean?"

Liam smiled, "Megan Joshley."

"That's cute."

"I know. I've always loved her name." Liam admitted,

MJ's P.O.V.:

After backing away from Harry, the blonde one, Niall tried making conversations with me but I always  backed away from him, when I did he would always have a look that said, 'Please talk to me, I'm lonely.' which I found adorable but I was too scared to talk to him, that is why right now I'm in Liam's Kitchen trying to calm myself down,

"Are you alright MJ?" Lily asked worriedly,

"Y-Yeah, I'm fine." I said stuttering,

"Just tell me when you're not okay, alright?" She said,

"Alright." I said,

She smiled at me and proceeded to go back to the living room,

I still had a particular brunette covering my thoughts but I was shaking a little because the way he acted was like when I met Stephen,

-Flash Back-

I was at a cafe called Café Le Borge where I would usually escape from my dad and wait for Lily to pick me up, I was enjoying my Caramel Machiato and Red Velvet Cupcake when I felt like I was being watched but I ignored it, but a few minutes later I still could feel the feeling I had a while ago so I looked back to see a dark haired boy with loveley orbs of baby blue, and to say that he was handsome was an understatement. He was easy on the eyes and his body structure wasn't bad either, He smiled at and I blished looking down at my half eaten cupcake which made me want to eat it again, which I did, I took a bite of it moaning with delight,

"Hi." Said a deep voice, I looked up to see the same boy that smiled at me a while ago,

"Hi." I said shyly,

"Mind if I join you?" He asked,

"No, go ahead." I said trying to calm myself,

"I'm Stephen by the way, Stephen Collins." He said reaching his hand out as he took his seat,

"I'm MJ." I said taking his hand and shaking it,

"So tell me MJ, what is a beautiful lady like yourself doing in this all alone?" He asked making me blush,

"Just waiting for someone." I answered,

"Does this someone happen to be a boyfriend?" He asked,

I laughed, "No, it happens to be my best friend and besides I don't have a boyfriend." I said,

"So you don't have a boyfriend?" He askes as if trying to make sure,

"I don't. Why is that so hard to believe?" I asked giggling,

"Its just that you're beautiful, scratch that you're gorgeous." He said blushing a little,

I blushed, "Thank you but I'm single and ready for pringles."

He chuckled at my response, "I like pringles too!" He said cheerfully, "They're the only chips that doesn't sell air." He added,

"True story." I said immitating the meme on 9gag,

"You go to 9gag?" He asked amused,

"You'd be lame if you didn't." I said laughing, he laighed along with until his phone rang,

"Excuse me." He said politely,

"You're excused." I said smiling,

After a few minutes, I finished my cupcake and Stephen had came back,

"Sorry aboug this but I have to leave." He said,

"It's alright." I said trying to hide my disappointment,

"Here's my number. Call me okay?" He said giving me a peice of paper,

"Will do." with that said he exited the cafe,

-Flash Back Over-
