Chapter 3

C hapter3:-

We went with Eva, like we said the plan would be, for support. Eva had a mysterious smile on her face, she was more than happy, like she had that sense of joy and pleasantness in her smile. But Aria and I didn't bother to ask for the reason because nothing stays hidden forever, right? We went to the audition building, and it was so empty that we were afraid to get in, except for that one guy who sat in a chair, wearing a cut shirt and baggy pants, it was so obvious he was going to dance. Eva ran screaming through the whole building, "BAAAAAAAABYYYYYY!"

It was so loud, as soon as the guy heard her screaming he stood up straight and had a wide smile on his face, like 4 miles wide. Eva ran the whole distance screaming and shouting and then jumped to hug the guy, he caught her and hugged her tighter and tighter by the second. He was taller than her so he had to put her down, because she was far away from the ground. "Guys, this is my boy Si," her voice echoed through the building. "Hi, I'm Riley, nice to meet you," I introduced myself. Aria directly said, "Aria here."

He shook our hands and answered back, "Nice to meet you girls," he looked at Eva and went on, "you ready sweetie?" Eva couldn't help a smile, "I'm always ready when I'm with you." He smiled back and said happily, "You look gorgeous," he kissed her cheek and completed, "let's go now, see you people," he looked at us. "See you," Eva was just so happy that she didn't even look back us, she just waved her hand above her red head. I looked at Aria to see her falling back into a chair, looking real sad and miserable. I felt sort of sad, I just hate seeing somebody sad.

"What's wrong?" and I sat in the chair next to her. She looked down, "Remember yesterday, when I didn't talk to you or Eva?" I wanted to answer her but she just didn't give me a chance to say a word. "I didn't talk especially to Eva because she just reminded me of my ex-boyfriend. Our break-up was just two days before getting here, Eva's boyfriend's brother is my ex. Steve Rodriguez. I'm really sorry about yesterday but I didn't recover yet. And guess what? Steve knew I was going to come here so he gave his silver card to Simon. He just hated looking at me. Please don't tell Eva, I don't want her to know about all that. It's just crap nothing important."

Nothing important??! She was almost drowning in her tears, I thought. I started tearing, "I'm sorry Aria, I didn't know about that," I said. She looked at me with a smile on her face in the middle of the tears going down her cheeks, "It's not your fault, Riley, it's ok." She was still crying but she was also starting to cool down, "Eva doesn't know about Steve and I, so doesn't Simon, he he we dated secretly, but it just ended so soon. Promise me you won't tell anyone," her face had that innocent expression that I couldn't say no. She dried her tears.

I was still comforting Aria while we heard Eva screaming and squeaking and Simon was doing flips, cartwheels, somersaults, and jumping up and down then carried Eva up high then he put her down and kissed her. Aria was still drying her tears but I got her back I had her covered, I stood tall and started congratulating them and Aria didn't take so much time it took her a second and she was right next to me congratulating them with me.

We had to celebrate so Simon got each of us some Latte. We sat down at a table next to the café. Eva and Si told us all about what they did. When they were done talking Aria and I were done with our Latte's. I asked Eva, "You said you were here to dance, but you didn't say that you had a partner, did you?" Eva looked at Simon and said in a proud tone, "But I said he was auditioning too didn't I?"

Aria raced me to reply, "Yes you did," there was no sign of sadness, in fact, she was smiling. Aria and I stood up and I said, "Okay, Aria and I are heading towards the pool, you guys enjoy together then you can come along and join us there for lunch, kay?" "Okay! We'll meet you there," was a quick direct answer from Eva, she seemed like she was happy we're leaving.
