*One Week Later*

Harry's Pov

Just as the clock struck noon I ran into my literature class, swiftly taking my seat in the far left corner beside the wall. If I was late for Mr. Johnson's class again I was sure I was going to fail, he wasn't as lenient with guys as he was with girls, considering his young age and all. I sure as hell didn't think he was old enough to be a professor, but obviously, I was wrong. At the young age of 25 he graduated college and now, 26, was teaching at that same college.

Niall and Zayn followed not short behind me and took the vacant seats by my side. Completely ignoring their hellos, I scanned the array of students in search for a certain blonde haired girl. Of course, to my luck, she wasn't in class yet. Not having heard from her for a couple days I was a bit skeptical about the 'vacation' that she supposedly went on with her best friend, Cassie.

Adriana was the type to call me, even though we weren't dating, and let me know that things were going good. If she was having a blast or even if she had bought a new pair of shoes she would call and let me know in full detail about the situation. It was obvious I didn't care about things like that, but I always listened and I figured that's why she continued to do it. This time it was different, not a word had been exchanged between us.

"Have you heard anything from Adriana?" I tapped my pencil on the desk as I spoke to my friends.

"Nope, not at all," Niall shrugged. "You?"

"No," I sighed.

"Alright everyone today's going to be a simple day," Mr. Johnson started. "I would like everyone to take out their laptops and start on their paper that's due at the end of the week. Don't forget everyone, 10 pages!"

With a grunt I reached into my bag and pulled out my MacBook Pro. Turning it on I awaited for it to start up, next I pulled out the novel that went along with my paper. The book was called 'How to Read Literature like a Professor', and me being me, didn't actually read it. The internet was a great way to find out useful information about anything, including books. With only 4 pages written I still had 6 more to go, it was probably more than Niall, Zayn and Adriana anyway.

"How nice of you to join us Adriana." Mr. Johnson's voice sounded loud over the quite hum of typing computers. I shot my gaze up from the bright screen to find Adriana walking in, our professor didn't peel his eyes off her for an instant. Without uttering a word Adriana found her normal seat in front of me, sat in it and rested her head on the desk.

"Well, hello to you too." I joked as I poked her back, she abruptly sat and turned to face me before taking the sunglasses that covered half her face off. Her eyes were slightly red and she looked extremely exhausted, I couldn't help but laugh.

"Shut up," She smacked my arm. "It's not funny. I feel like shit and you laughing isn't helping my fucking headache."

"Woah killer, calm down. Late night last night." I smirked at her not amused reaction to my question.

"Actually, I might have gotten a bit too drunk on my way back from my trip with Cass. Stop thinking these foolish thoughts, me, sleeping with a boy? Never! No one but you." She winked, it was good to know that although hungover Adriana was present at the moment flirty Adriana would still make her appearances.

"So how was the trip?" No reply, she looked down at the floor. "Adriana." I said sternly.

"It was fine," she shot, "nothing too interesting."

"Obviously something is bugging you." Niall intervened. Both of us turned to face him.

"Wow, good to know you're part of our conversation", I was worried. I rolled my eyes.
