I walked down the dark, winding hallway. I walked toward the end of me, the end of this mess. The end of the stupidity and suffering I had started. It was my entire fault. And here, here is where I will end it.

"Hey! Cleo! Pass the ball over here!" I heard Isis yell. My clumsy small feet stumbled over to where the ball was. I gave it a weak kick. The other team got there before Isis did. "It was a good try..." she said, plodding off the field as the other team cheered and celebrated their win.
"Mathrocinpia Tonotoro Esarplinc-" I started mumbling.
"CLEO! There is no need to summon a dang demon just because we lost." Isis said in a scolding tone. She was quite intimidating for a 14 year old.
"Sorry. It's just those darn brats always act like there descendants of Merlin themselves." I replied. "Half of them can't even make a transformation potion, and they think WE'RE the weak ones. You know, sometimes I just want to-"
"Cleo!" Isis scolded again. By the time we were done talking, we were back in the locker rooms of Lunar Academy. We aren't what you would expect from a magic school, that's for sure. Witches don't eat kids, Wizards don't have long beards, and we barely ever use cauldrons anymore.
"Ugh. Those Merlin high kids put a shame to Merlin." said Donava, one of the girls on my soccer team.
"Yeah, and Cleo puts a shame to us..." mumbled Amaryllis.
"I'm sorry I'm not a soccer all-star. We can't all afford to be prissy and rude like you." I shot back.
"GIRLS! I have no time for bickering! GET YOUR CLOTHES ON AND GET. OUT!" screeched Ms. Grand. We quickly changed and got outside.
"See you later Isis!" I yelled. I started down the road to get to my house. It wasn't that far away I guess. I sang to myself quietly.
"Somewhere, over the rainbow, way up high..." I started. Then I was dragged into a dark alley. I don't even remember having an alley anywhere near here...
"Look, little girl. You and your prissy school are in BIG trouble. I'd run home while I can, missy, it's going to get dark soon, and we all know what happens in a dark full moon," Said my child grabber.
"Your lisp is awful," I said. I tend to tell the truth in the worst situations.
"Leave." I ran home from there. I kept telling myself that it would be Ok... because it will be right? I walked into my house, and plopped on the bed. I heard a faint howl in the distance. I got up to look outside. The Shadows seemed to dance, like nothing was there to cast them.
"I'm going insane..." I mumbled... I crawled under my sheets and fell asleep.

I want to say that these is my shortest (and weakest in a sense) chapter, so reading the second would be great before you dispel this as bad :)
