The sun was hiding by now. It was afternoon and the warm breeze greets me as it kisses my cheeks. Nothing much change. It has been a year ago since I last visited here. It was still the same old
I scan the area even more. Century-old trees were firmly stood in its place. About four of them were on my path and its huge braches with full-bloomed leaves covers the way to my destination. It gives full shed to passers.
I continue to walk my way until I reach the exact spot I want to be. I sighed and smile weakly. I fixed my sight on the same location where she is pinned. I stay silent as I come closer to her. Now, I am facing her. I am with her once again.
I sat on the well-trimmed grass and this made me feel connected to the ground. I never lose my eye on her. Still, no words have been spoken.
I want to tell how much I missed her but I really don’t know if words are enough to let her feel it. But I really do know she knows that I really do. I am on an Indian-sit position and I placed the crafted basket on my side.
I draw my palm towards my face. Then run my fingers unto my hair. I smiled. I can feel that my eyes are about to deceive me. I once take a glance on her. Then, a tear sunddenly drop on my left eye.
“I miss you, Yesha.” I mumbled. I finally said it. I do not know but I feel I kinda feel lighter as I let out the words. I looked up in the sky. It was clear and at peace. And so my heart will be.
Sitting beside her has always been the best feeling ever until that day came. How I wish, everything was just kept as a secret.
