Unexpected falling

Chapter 02

Hey guyyyys!! So here comes chapter 2.

-Chapter 02-

As I was walking out the high school to the parking zone to take my car and go home, Chloe came to me.

"Hey, Sarah! Sorry that we didn't stay together today."

"Oh, it's ok.", I responded.

"I was talking with Zack...and his parents let him invite some of his friends at their complex near the beach next week when we have the mini vacation."

"Nice. And he invited you, right?", I asked.

"Yep. But not just me...you're coming too."

"Hmm...Zack invited me?", I asked with curiousity and a little bit of shock.

"Yeah, he did. And he really wants you to come. We'll have a lot of fun. We'll go to the beach, we'll party and so on."

"Um, that's really nice of him, but I..."

"No buts.."- I was cut off by Chloe. "You're coming. Please, please, please. Do it for me."

"Ok,ok, ok. I'll come", so, I accepted. She really wanted me to come..so..I didn't really have a choice, plus, it'll be fun.

Oh, God...if Zack invited some friends there, that's more than 100% that Chuck will come too. Crap!!

"Hold on, Chuck is also comin' right?"

"Of course.", she responded and then she continued: "-look, I know you actually don't like him at all, but trust me...he's a food guy, give him a chance, please. I really want you to come."

"Ok, fine". That was not going to happen. I don't want to get to know him more than I do now. He's a total jerk who plays with girls and has an ego bigger than himself.

I entered inside my house to tell mom about my next week plans with Chloe and the rest.

"Mom??"

"Oh, hello sweetheart", she was calm, not like in this morning. She was in the kitchen washing some dishes.

"Um, hi. Look, Chloe's boyfriend invited us both to his parent's complex near the beach, next week. Can I go?"

"Sure, if you want, why not?", my mom was great.

"Oh, thanks mom. You're the best."

"Of course I am."- she said, laughing. "Go and have fun."

"Thanks."

I walked upstairs to my room so I can start my homework.

"Sarah!", mom shouted.

"Yes, mom."

"Come and take some cash and go to the shopping mall and buy some new clothes for the next week, honey."

Wow, mom was fantastic. So I got down in the kitchen and took the money. There was no way I would go to the shopping mall right now, probably in the weekend cuz I had a lot of homework to cover up.

The week past by and I had to go to the shopping mall to take some new clothes and accesorries. So I took my car keys and I went to the mall. I entered Stradivarius, I brought a pair of shorts, a cool T-shirt and some earings. I went at Calzedonia to buy a new bath suit, as the complex was near the beach, I really needed one. As I was paying for my new achievements Chuck entered the shop. Oh God, that was all I wanted.

"Hey, Johnson", he said with a smirk on his face. Idk if I forgot to tell you, but he always calls me 'Johnson'.I tried to ignore him ,but then he said: "Are you coming tomorrow?"

So I anwsered: "Yeah, I am"

"Cool. It'll be fun, trust me. Can't wait to see you in bikini."- and he winked at me.

I walked away still thinking at what just happened and because he talked to me. Don't get me wrong, but hey, I'm not used talking to him, just ignoring him, I hate the guy.

So here it came, leaving day.

"Honey, did you pack your underwear??". My mom was really careful with me about forgeting my underwear at home.

"Yeah mom, I did."

"Ok. You ready?"-she asked

"Yes, I am". She gave me money, a kiss on my forhead , wished me a lot of fun and I walked outside the house to Zack's car who was waiting for me. Chloe was in the passanger seat and Chuck in the back. Zack made me a sign to enter in the back seat, as it was the only one left. Great, I had to stay near the jerk for the entire way there.

"Hey!"- they all said in unison, especially Chuck, which was surprising. He was looking good, really good. And his deep hazel eyes were watching me as I entered the car. "Hey"- I respondded.

On our way there, Zack explained us how's there and that will have a lot of fun. "So, there, in the complex, they are mini houses , like cabbins. My dad said that there are left only 2 cabbins, for 2 people. I, of course, I'll stay with Chloe in one...and Chuck will stay with Sarah." OMG!!! So I am stuck with the jerk for an entire week??! I'm so not into this. "What??"- I asked in shock.

"Why are you so shocked, babe??"- Chuck asked with his usual smirk.

"Ok, ok. Sarah, you can stay with Chloe."- Zack said. I didn't want to be the reason why Zack and Chloe didn't spend their mini vacation together, so I accepted.

"No, no. It's ok. I'll stay with Chuck."

"You sure?"- Chloe asked

"Totally"- I respponded. As we were walking to the cabbins Chloe said: "Just give him a chance. Try to get to know him, he's a great guy. I know he flirts a lot and at first appereance he's a jerk...but just give him a chance.Trust your best friend." , and she smiled.

"Yeah, i'll try."- and I forced a smile.

Chloe's POV:

I know Chuck can be a jerk sometimes, but if you try to get to know him, he's great. I let Sarah stay with him in the same cabbin for the entire week because I know that she will find a great guy somewhere inside. She told me many times that he's hot, and Zack told me that Chuck was surprised and happy when he heard that Sarah's also coming...so...here's our plan: Both I and Zack, will leave tomorrow morning to spend the day together, alone...and we'll also let them both, alone. I'm really curious what will happen. Wish us luck.
