DECEMBER 3RD, 1999

He was always young at heart.

Kinda dumb and kinda smart.

And I loved him so.

And I had surprised him one year with a puppy that kept me up all Chirstman Eve two years ago.

So here we sit, pup in hands and Gerard laying on my lap, asleep.

The two loves of my life.

What can ever go wrong?

It was then when the phone rang, snapping me out of my daze, only for my honey to wake up with a groan. He opened his eyes and blinked a bit, getting up and frowned.

After a while of frowning, I carefully touched his arm and his eyes widened. In a  flash, he got up from the couch, and ran somewhere in the hall. All I heard from then on was gagging sounds and water splashing.

I immediately ran the the bathroom and saw my honey on the floor, head in the toilet bowl.

I crouched down to him and started to rub his back, trying to sooth him. About a couple of minutes later, he was fine, but had a fever.
