Sophia cleared her tears away, before anyone could notice. Fortunately nobody did, and Kiara interrupted before anyone else could.
"You should definitely go meet him, sis!" Kiara was looking forward to Mark coming. She loved when Opel was happy, and hated when she cried. She made such a sad sound, which almost made everyone else want to cry, too.
"I will, I will," Opel said, trying not to show her enthusiasm. She was so ready and couldn't wait for tomorrow. She knew it would be a great day.
THE NEXT DAY
Everyone woke up early, to get their amazing day started. Ken and Jon spent the morning watching YouTube, then later came into Opel's room to pick an outfit for her.
"You should wear this," said Kiara holding up a cute lime green top, with distressed jeans.
"Nah. You could wear it, though. I was thinking, that might look nicer," replied Sophia by pointing at a maroon, short dress.
"Thanks! I thought you'd never let me wear any of your old clothes!" Kiara sure did love green.
"Your welcome! I don't wear it anymore. And, of course I'd let you borrow or even keep my clothes! You know I love you!"
"Of course! We really do love you!" Kenneth and the rest of the gang did love Sophia. She helped them, and cared for them. She listened to everything they wanted.
"Hey sis...," Jon started to say.
"Yah," responded Sophia quickly.
"I think Opel should wear something casual," he said putting his hands in his jeans' pockets. He looked casual himself. "I like girls who're simple. She should wear a top and cool pants." Jon looked a little nervous as he said this.
"Ok," Sophia replied, giggling a bit.
In the afternoon they all decided to drive to the mall and meet Marcus. Jon and Ken wanted to go see the new gaming consoles and other cool devices. Kiara was going to look for more instruments, while Sophia went to go shop in general. They all left Opel by herself, to have some alone time with Mark.
But that didn't happen. Opel saw Mark waking with a couple of girls, coming toward her. Opel had had enough. She ran to the bathroom and started crying. You could hear her crying through the other side of the door. Marcus noticed and ran toward the bathroom door.
"Wait! Opel! It's not what it looks like," yelled Mark.
