Killian's pov
I walked home after meeting Emma last night, with a smile on my face the whole time I couldn't figure out why I'm already obsessing over a women I just met. I mean yeah sure she has beautiful lake green eyes hair as gold as the sunset on the ocean.

I walked passed the clock tower and noticed it was ticking. That's weird. If never decided to do that and tonight it finally did? Weird...

The next morning...
Killian's pov
I woke up to the sound of, well nothing but cold air. I decided to get out of bed and head to the docks and look at the horoizion but before I was going to do that I decided to get some breakfast at grannies. I've never. Done that before I mean I guess I'm trying all sorts of new things today it all
when the clock started ticking..

I headed out he door and started my pickup truck to grannies which was only a 5 minute walk but I felt lazy today so I took my truck anyway.

I pulled up to grannies and ordered some coffee, eggs & biscuits. When j was done eating j headed to the backs and grabbed my coat just as I was walking to leave I saw a strangely familiar face. Green eyes and golden hair. Emma.

Emma's pov
I walked into the dinner and saw Killian walking out. "Hey!" I said he replied "ello" he walked back to the counter and j took a seat beside him. "I've never seen you here before, I didn't think you liked this sorta stuff" "I don't know j kinda just woke up and headed for grannies" we stared k to each other's eyes for a while until we both noticed we were both staring and looked away at the clock "7:15" I chocked on my hot cocoa and Killian just rubbed my back and said "You alright?" I replied "yeah I'm just gonna be late for work" I headed back and grabbed my red leather jacket and said "see ya around Killian" he said the same and I headed out the door

At the station..
I thought to myself this place is getting to boring and I need some nights off. So I decided to try and hire a deputy.

I walked to the computer and made a little poster that said"Sheriff swan need deputy, if interested please fill out a form from my office." I looked at it and printed a couple dozen. I walked to the poster board in my office and hung up one then the poster board outside by the mayors office just as I was going to staple it I saw Killian waking towards me accidentally stapled my finger to the board by accident " Ow!" I screamed he started running towards me and said "what the bloody hell happened?!"
"I stapled my hand to the board"
"How did that happen?"
"I don't know!"
Alright alright well we should get that looked at. He stopped to read my poster and looked at me
" your looking for a deputy? "
"Yes"
"Well I happen to be good at doing that sorta stuff"
" can we talk about this in he way to the hospital please?!"
"Oh right of course"
He lead me to his truck which was black and had a cross bones picture on the back window
We entered the hospital and I ended up getting stitches.
