You were walking back home from a long day at school and all you wanted to do was to take a hot shower or a bubble bath. Since your house was kind of far so you decided to take a short cut through an alley. While you were walking you began to hear some strange noises, it didn't sound like animal or human. So you being the scary cat, you decided to run but then you crash into something hard and landed on your butt. When you looked up you saw a huge monster with wings, claws, and a white mask, you screamed out of fear. The monster was about to grab you, you closed your eyes and put your hands up to defend your self. You waited for the impact but nothing came so you decide to open your eyes to see a boy about your age with orange hair, black kimono, and a giant sword, he sliced the monster in half. The boy soon turned around to face you, he had a stern look but soon soften. He was about to leave but you stopped him.
"Hey, wait!"
He turned around he looked shocked for some reason. "You can see me?"
"Of course I can see you, I'm not blind!....What was that thing?" He stayed quiet for about two minutes until you heard him sigh.
"I might just tell you, you won't be able to remember later."
"Huh?"
"That thing is called a hollow they feed on humans with high spiritual energy or spirits."
"H-how did you-"
"I'm a substitute soul reaper it's my job to kill hollows and protect humans."
Before you could say anything else someone hit you behind your neck causing you to pass out. Before you could hit the floor the mysterious oranged haired boy catches you. The next thing you know, you woke up on your bed.
