Dear Diary

When we got home
Mom and dad were at home
I greeted them
They just nodded but when chloe greeted them
They hugged her and asked how was school

I just took off to my room
Then I remembered sky
I brought out the squeezed paper
Then I dialled the number on the small phone mom managed to get for me when I turned 10

I was practising if I shld sound
Seductive
Happy
Sad
Puzzled
Or normal on the phone
But when he picked my voice cracked
Then he said hello
I said hi this is Brittany
He said the gorgeous pretty gal I met at maths class?
I didn't knw if he was talking about me
Then I remembered I was the only Brittany at maths class then I said yeah
He said how are u doing
I said fine
Then soon we started talking abt Life and all. I found out he had a twin.
He heard about my life stories
He felt really bad ..I suppose
Then he said he's very sorry
I told him nt to worry
Then he told me good night
When I was about to off the phone
I heard Some thing like love u
But I wasn't sure so I jst said bye

What if he said love u???

I decided to write down today's events in my diary
I picked it up
And said
Dear Diary
Today was different and more fun than other days
And the best part is that I made a new friend
His name is sky
and he is really cute and all
And I think I'm starting to like him which Is unusual
I spoke to him on phone today
And I heard something like love u
I dont knw if that's what I heard
About my parents
Life is still hard
I am still managing
I hope things will get better
love u buddy

With that i closed it and kept it under my pillow
I ate the apple I took from the cafeteria then I slept
and I dreamt of sky!
In d dream he kissed me
But I knw that will. Not happen soon...
