I Never Knew | Soonhoon

Chapter 2

Jihoon got ready for school as usual but when he opened the door, he saw Soonyoung standing with a smile.

"What are you doing here?"

"I just wanted to hang out with my best friend. I can't?" Soonyoung said with puppy eyes.

Somehow that made Jihoon's heart flutter.

"Let's just go to school." Jihoon said as he closed the door before walking with Soonyoung to school.

"You didn't forget that we're gonna check out some music colleges right?" Soonyoung raised his eyebrow.

"I forgot." Jihoon bluntly said.

"I knew it." Soonyoung mumbled.

They finally reached their school. Jihoon realized that he forgot to finish his music project and he was supposed to hand it in today.

"Shit I'm dead." Jihoon cursed. What's worse is that it's his first period.

The bell rang signalling it was time for lessons to start.

As Jihoon was in a panic, their monitor came in.

"Hey guys! Teacher is absent today." the whole class cheered and Jihoon sighed in relief.

"Hey Jihoon." Mingyu his other friend called him.

"What?"

"Let's go walk around with the others." Mingyu said.

"Fine." Jihoon got up and walked out of class along with Minghao, Mingyu, Soonyoung and Seokmin.

Their other friends were in college and some in their second year.

"Jihoon!" Soonyoung ran up to him and slung his arm around his shoulder.

"What?" he asked annoyed.

"Chill let's go to the canteen guys." Soonyoung said with the others agreeing.

"I can't wait to see Wonwoo hyung!" Mingyu said biting into his pizza.

"Mingyu, we don't care." Jihoon said rolling his eyes.

Mingyu pouted saying "meanie"

"Hey Jihoon." Soonyoung called him.

"Yeah-" Soonyoung leaned closer.

'What the fish sticks?'

"There!" Soonyoung said as he wiped the sauce away using his thumb.

"You had some pizza sauce near your lips." Soonyoung smiled before going back to eating his pizza.

But he didn't see that Jihoon had a bright red face.
