The fortold warrior [A Naruto Fanfic]

A long time ago there lived a village unknown by anyone. A village secluded from the outside world, that was inhabited by a clan stronger than any other clan.

They were called the 'Village of Heroes'. According to legend, a person from this village was supposed to prevent and end 2 different wars.

But what the legend didn't say was when that person would come and what gender that person may be. So no one put high hopes on just anyone.

They thought that the person would be someone you looked up to at first sight. Or if that person was to be a person of many abilities.

Then again you wouldn't see that person as the little 10 year old, trauma stricken girl that tries to make everyone's pain go away.

Yeah, yeah, I know. That is to be the least expected thing to think of about a person who would someday save your life.

~Story start~

Kakashi's POV

Today was another boring day. I had just met my team, they were pretty annoying but just by the mention of their names everything goes interesting.

An Uchiha, the Nine-tails, and some Uchiha fan girl named Sakura. I told them all about the 'bell test' and was on my way home, so when I got there I went straight to bed.

~Next Morning~

It was morning and I had to do the 'bell test' with my team. So I walked outside and as I take a step forward my foot collides with something.

As I look down I notice a box, and a very heavy one at that.

So I decide that since I'm a jonin ninja, that I'm allowed to be late. So I decided to check out what was in the box.

I moved the box into the center of the living room and looked at it. It was a large box with no name or address on it, only an envelope was sitting there on top of the box.

I carefully opened the envelope and read it, seeing as it was addressed to me. The letter said:

'Hello again old friend,

If you are reading this, then that means you have gotten my package it was a little hard to get but it was worth it. Please watch over her, she is very delicate in her current state.

Sincerely,

Uchiha Obito,

As I saw that name I couldn't believe it, he was alive but gone and now he has sent me a suspicious package.

But besides that there was still the matter of what was in the package.

When I opened the package, there was a little girl with cat ears and a cat tail huddled up in the box with nothing on but a thin blanket. She looked scared and cold and lonely.

At first I was shocked as to why he would send me a little girl, but after the shock I just picked her up and ran her to the hospital, seeing as she didn't respond to anything.

As I got there, the person from the front desk called a doctor and took her from my hands. They put her in a hospital robe and pulled her into a separate room to run some tests on her.

*1 Hour Later*

I sat there in the waiting room, knowing I was going to be a few hours late for the 'bell test'. Just as I finished that thought the little girl from the box and a doctor came out.

He told me that she was fine but had major amnesia and only remembered a few things. I was worried about the girl and she was now my responsibility, so I thanked the doctor then left with the girl holding my hand.

When we reached where the stores were, we stopped and I introduced myself.

"Hi, I'm Kakashi Hatake" I said holding out my hand.

She took my hand and said "My name is Kuro, nice to meet you."
