A purple coat,
A grumpy face,
A little tail,
And a handsome mane.
Our Eeyore,
Oh, so adored,
Has a wonderful smile,
But that's just a guess,
Oh little Eeyore,
Will you ever,
Turn that frown upside down?
All your friends,
Tigger, Pooh, Piglet,
And let's not forget Robin,
Prance around quite happily,
With a hope that you will join them,
But child's play, it seems,
Is not your thing,
And they walk away with disappointment.
Oh, Eeyore don't you see,
It really can be such fun,
To jump around,
Laugh and play, and,
Squeal with excitement!
Please,
Little Eeyore,
Won't you give it a try?
Oh bother,
He's always sigh,
When somthing didn't go all right,
But there's no reason to worry,
It's okay,
Everything will turn out just fine.
Oh, Eeyore why so sad?
Did I do something to make you mad?
Please,
Eeyore don't be this way,
We would love to see you jolly.
Please,
For me,
Jump and play, I promise,
You'd enjoy it.
Please don't be afraid,
Because it seems to me,
That fearing things is Piglets job.
