Catie's POV
"Excuse me, but who are you people?" I asked very confused as I looked around the room I was in.
I'm extremly confused. I woke up in a room of loads of people, and Shelby is the only person I knew. There was a boy sitting next to me on my right, holding my hand, who I could tell had been crying. He had beautiful blue eyes, despite the redness from the tears freely flowing down his cheeks, and a head full of messy brown hair like he had been running his hands through it, almost as if he was stressed out. By him was Shelby with her wavy red hair up in a bun, and by her was a boy with curly choclate brown hair, green eyes, and a large tattoo of a butterfly that was colored in. Maybe he was gay? Standing at the end of the bed was a girl with long, chestnut brown hair.
Next to her was a girl with short brown hair and only one leg. Then there was the last boy who had just as many tattoos as the curly haired boy.
"Catie what do you mean who are you people? Its us!" The one legged girl asked me.
"I'm sorry but the only person I know here is Shelby. I don't know any of you."
The boy holding my hand squeezed me, "So you don't know who I am at all? Come on baby you've got to know who I am!"
I felt bad that I didn't know him, I felt bad that I didn't remember anything. Heck, I'm not even sure where I am! All I know is that I'm okay with him holding my hand, "Am I supposed to know who you all are? I'm not even sure where I am or why I'm in the hospital."
Shelby looked over at me, then the boy holding my hand, then back at me, "Catie, I think we've got some things to tell you. You've been in a coma for the past two months."
I could feel the tears coming to my eyes, threatening to spill over, "So while I was in a coma you moved me to...wherever we are?"
"Love, you're in England and you've been here for almost a year now." The curly boy told me.
"Wh-what?" I was scared.
"Catie, you don't remember moving here?" Shelby asked me.
"No! I can't remember any of this!" I was really crying now, and felt a squeeze on my hand.
"Oh, darling please don't cry! I promise, you'll be fine. You don't remember me at all? Babe, its me Louis! Come on baby don't play around like this." the boy, who's name I know now is Louis, cried to me.
"Why are you calling me baby, and darling? I'm really sorry but I don't know who you are!" I could feel my breathing getting faster, almost as though I was hyperventilating.
"Alright guys, I need everyone out of the room! Zach you stay and call Mrs. Williams." A man in a white doctor coat said coming in the room.
I looked over at Shelby and seen she had tears in her eyes. She grabbed the curly boys hand and ran out the room.
One by one everyone left. Louis left last, giving my hand one last soft squeeze, then standing up. My hand felt like it was missing something now, and my head was spinning. I kind of wanted Louis to stay in the room with me. I really felt bad for him. He looked crushed that I couldn't remember him.
My thoughts were interrupted by the doctor sitting on the edge of the bed, "Hi Caitlin, how you feeling?"
"Honestly? I feel horrible. I have no clue why I'm in England, who any of the people around my bed were, I don't know any of the people who were standing around my bed, and my head hurts."
"Listen darling, I understand you must be very upset, and I'm going to explain everything that happened, then we can bring the gang in here and let them introduce themselves to you. Sound like a plan?"
"Yes indeed, I just have one question."
"What's that dear?"
"What's your name?"
He chuckled, "You can call me Dr. Matthews."
I listened closely as Dr. Matthews explained about the wreck, the one legged girl, who's name is Reanna, about Louis, who had spent the last two months by my side, about Shelby and my mom, who was on her way to the hospital now.
After Dr. Matthews finished telling me the whole story, I was ready to meet some people.
Louis POV
"I told you guys she moved! Ha! I'm not going crazy after all! Only thing is, she can't remember me." I explained as I paced through the hallway outside the room.
"Mate, we know. You've told us five times now. I think we get it. She doesn't remember any of us, except Shelby and her mother." Harry half laughed.
I honestly don't know how to feel right now. Catie's awake and I'm so very excited, but she can't remember me which hurts quite alot. I've got to get her to love me all over again.
I stopped pacing when I heard footsteps behind me, "You can go see her now if you'd like."
I turned and seen Dr. Matthews standing with her door open, "Really?"
The thought brought butterflies to my stomach.
"Yes, go on now." He gave me a little pat on the back for encouragement.
I walked into her room and just seeing her beautiful green eyes made my knees go weak, "So, uh, I guess I should tell you who I am?"
"Well from what I've been told, your name is Louis Tomlinson and you sat by my bedside for two months. That's about all I know. I don't really understand why you'd do that, cause I can't be that special. You must have a girlfriend that could better occupy your time. I can't be that special."
"See, that's where you're wrong love. You are very special to me. Not only are you my bestfriend, but um, you were my girlfriend too. I was scared to death I was going to loose you. What choice did I have? I couldn't let you die or wake up with me away from you. You mean far to much to me darling."
She sighed and wiped some tears off her face, "I wish I could remember you. I feel like I've seen your face, but I don't remember anything about you."
I smiled at her softly, "Don't worry beautiful. I'll catch you up on everything."
