Open. Close. Open. Close. My eye's begin to flutter open. "Hi sweetie," my mother started. I was so confused. She was dead. "What? You're dead though," I responded. "No sweetie, i'm still here," my mom answered. I looked around the room to find I was at the hospital. Veronica and my parents were standing around my bed. There were roses in a beautiful vase.
"What happened?" I asked. "You went into a coma, a week ago," said Veronica. " It was monday morning and you didn't wake up so we called the ambulance, they said you slipped into a week long coma," added my father.
After that point I realized that everyone was alive. Also that it was just a dream. I let my mind believe that everyone died. I started to feel so much better.
The doctor soon came to my room and everyone left. She checked my blood pressure and gave me a medicine for pain relief which for some reason my hand hurt after the medicine.
After 2 days I went back home. I went back to school the next week and got like 3 pounds of homework which I found unnecessary since it was the last month of school. Things returned normal and life went on.
