Current Day
That was my past, now I'm backstage at The X Factor watching Zayn audition. My mum is squealing with excitement while I fake a smile. I listen to his voice, tears well up in my eyes as my past flashes in front of my eyes. Zayn always putting me down, and me I just stopped talking completely. Most people have forgotten my voice and so have I. I hear him finish singing and I look up at the monitors. He nervously shuffles from foot to foot, the judges talk about it and finally turn to him. I freeze up and cross my fingers they say something good.
After Audition
"Zayn you made it!" my mum shouted hugging him tightly, "Mum to tight" Zayn said breathlessly. She let go and Zayn turned to me. I was fuming, "So Zaya what about you, do you have something to say to me", I shook my head and started to speed-walk.
At Home
When we got home I ran upstairs into my room I slammed my door. I slid down my door and tears began streaming down my face. "Zaya come down here now!" my mothers voice rang through the house.
I lugged myself downstairs to see Zayn's jacket torn up laying on the ground. "Explain this." she pointed her finger at the jacket. "I-I didn't do it" I said
Zayn's POV
After Zaya ignored me I planned my revenge. As soon as we got home she ran upstairs and I got out my old shredded jacket and threw it on the ground. "Mum come here look what happened" I shouted, my mum came out and saw the jacket. "Zayn what happened to your jacket" she asked concerned.
"Zaya did it I knew she was jealous but not this jealous" I said faking surprise. "Zayn go buy yourself a new jacket" she said as I walked out the door "and Zaya come down here now!" she shouted.
Back To Zaya's POV
"Then who did, a ghost or wait your brother or-" "Yes, it was Zayn" I said quietly. "Sure it was now own up to it or your grounded"
I took a deep breath "Ok I did it are you happy now" I said "Yes, I'm happy but you're grounded till the X factor is over"
"Till it's over!"
