Life was going great for Percy Jackson, that is until a son of Zeus came to Camp Half-Blood and ruined it all for him.
Percy had been teaching a sword class when the conch shell blew three times, meaning an attack on the camp. Not thinking twice, Percy took off towards Half-Blood Hill in search of the enemy. What he found was not what he was expecting.
There was a boy about his age, he wielded a sword made of imperial gold, fighting a group of hell hounds and cyclops that were being led by the Minotaur.
"Didn't I already kill him twice?" Percy asked himself as he uncapped Anaklusmos and began to attack the greater monster.
The beast used a double bladed axe as it swung, trying to take his head off. Percy ducked and rolled forward before coming up and slicing the Minotaur's head in half.
When he turned around, the other group of monsters had been taken care of with the boy sitting on the ground, out of breath and completely exhausted from his fight with the beasts.
Percy, being the nice and caring guy he was, offered his hand to help the other boy up. What he didn't expect was for the boy to spit in his face, or try to. The spit stopped a few inches in front of Percy's face as he used his powers to hold the liquid in the air.
The boy's eyes widened in shock. He had never seen someone control spit before.
"Yeah, it's a son of Poseidon thing." Percy said proudly. He could hear his father laughing in his mind.
"Great, were cousins. That's just fucking awesome." The boy growled.
Percy looked confused for a second before his eyes widened, this boy was a son of Zeus. It was actually kind of obvious. The blonde hair, sky blue eyes, and the distinct smell of ozone all around him.
"We have another child of Zeus? Well, uncle is definitely going to be in the dog house when Hera finds out."
A loud crack of thunder was heard, but just as it had come, it vanished.
"Speak of the devil." Percy mumbled.
"You done yet because I need to get some food and water. Haven't eaten in a day and ran out of water this morning. And I could really use a shower." The boy stated before walking in the direction of the camp only to run into every demigod in Camp Half-Blood, plus an annoyed Chiron.
"Why are there so many children of Zeus around?" Chiron complained. It wasn't that he didn't like them, but with them, the children of Hades, and then Percy who is obviously a son of Poseidon, fights tended to break out. Even for demigod standards, their fights took it to a new level.
Sometimes the Big Three would have to come down and contain them until they calmed down or they would have destroyed the camp already.
"I believe it's because Zeus can't keep his pants on long enough to consider what might happen, well, if he cared what happened. Maybe he does it to try and have one that will finally beat me in a fight. Thalia and Jason can't and that's just his demigod children, don't even get me started on his immortal kids." Percy bragged.
Sure he was humble, but he did like to point the fact out every now and then. He was still possibly the best man alive.
"How could you have beaten an immortal? Your just a demigod." The boy said.
"Wait, so you know about Greek and Roman mythology, but you don't know about me? That, is weird."
The boy just looked at him confused. "You don't look like much. I'm pretty sure if you were a great hero that my father would have told me about you."
