The Perfect One

My name is Alecia Diller I am sixteen years old, and I live in California. I am the kind of person who is beautiful yet not very popular but I have great friends that love me(or so I think). Although sometimes the 'popular people' play tricks on me.

Today is the first day of eleventh grade at Garden Grove High School. I'm scared because I barely passed tenth grade. But oh well at least I passed right.

"Hey Alecia! How's it going?" Samantha my best friend said, "I've been better. How bout' you?" I said. "I'm pretty good, did you hear about the new kid that just moved here from Pennsylvania, like you!" She said. "No, is it anyone I know?" "I think so... do you know Cody Weaver?" "OH MY GOD!!! I totally forgot about him, we used to text, he was going to ask me to go to the dance with him but I moved out here and the 'popular' girl asked him out and he never texted me again but that was last year. I thought he hated me."

The first bell rang meaning that I had to go to HomeRoom, this year I had all the shitty teachers that were rude, gross, and hated everyone. And all my colleagues felt bad for everyone that had them. As the day dragged on I saw all my old friends and met more, some were girls but mostly guys. I don't know why guys want to be friends with me but oh well. At least I'm getting popular right?

The car ride home was boring 'cause I had to take a bunch of people that didn't have their drivers license home. When I got home I was all alone which was kind boring until I realized we finally had OnDemand so I went straight to the music (even though I have over three hundred (300) Songs on my thirty-two(32) gigabyte iPhone) so I could watch the music videos for all my favorite songs, but it really upset me that there weren't any screamo music category's.

My mom finally got home about one or two hours later, mom always got home late because she works as a doctor at a hospital a half an hour away from our house. She is a great doctor even though she is hardly home she loves her job and me. But there is someone else my mothers asshole boyfriend, he is so nice to my mom but so rude to me. I hate him and his guts. Every time I try to tell my mom she says it's probably your imagination, but I know it isn't.

The next day at school was boring until I saw the hottest guy ever I mean there are a lot of at my school but this guy was even hotter that any of them. As I walked through the hall to lunch my BFF noticed him walking towards me, I mentally slapped my self for staring at him but I just couldn't help me self neither could any of the other girls."Hey, do I know you" he said to me. "Umm I-I don't think so my name is Alecia Diller, what's yours?"I mentally slapped myself for my reaction , "ALECIA IT'S ME CODY!" he exclaimed."Oh its sooo good to see you! How have you been you look so different, I didn't even recognize you" "I've been better. Why did you move out here to the west cost?"I questioned. "I got tired of the old country life, it gets boring after a while, but isn't that how life is supposed to go?","Yeah I guess."After the conversation we both hurried off to our next classes. Surprisingly we had all the same classes together and my BFF Sam started to feel like a third wheel so she went to hang out with her other friends.

After school we all went to our cars and drove home. Cody moved in to the house that was for sale right next to mine. So we started to hang like good old times.

It was around five thirty when we started to hang, we went swimming in my in-ground pool and I have to admit he looked even hotter without a shirt on."Hey are you sure it's okay with your mom if I go swimming with you." "Yeah, she's cool with it." As time flew by it was time for him to go home. "Well i'll see you tomorrow." Cody said as he pulled me into a hug "Yep."As we pulled away from our hug Cody slowly leaned in and kissed me. I was surprised although we have been friends for a while we never hugged each other or kissed because we didn't want to ruin our amazing friendship."WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!?!?" I all but screamed.
