-Nobody's POV-While you lay, unconscious, on the couch, Gaster!Sans paces back and forth anxiously. "What wrong, bro?" Underfell!Sans asks his older brother. Gaster!Sans sighs, "I don't know why, but for some weird reason, I feel a connection to this girl." "(Y/n)..." The four brothers freeze. Underfell!Sans growls, forcing back his tears, before violently shaking you awake.
-Your POV-
"Huh?" I mumble, rubbing my eyes sleepily. The brother in red growls at me, infuriated. "How do you know that name?!" "What name?" "(Y/N)!!! How do you know that name?!" "Calm down, dude! You're scaring her!" Suddenly, a single word flashes through my mind. Snowdin.
As if by magic, I know exactly where this Snowdin place is. I leap to my feet and vault over the flight of stairs that are behind the couch. I hear the four brothers following close behind.
----------------------------------------------
Before long, I reach a large set of double doors. Surprisingly, the metal doors offer little-to-no resistance when I attempt to push them open. I dash through the double doors and down a seemingly-endless hallway.
Not too long after going through the first set of doors, I reach a second set of doors. I struggle to push these doors open. The ever-growing echo of footsteps pounding against the ground signals the shrinking gap between me and the skeleton brothers.
With one final push, the metal doors swing open. I bolt out into the snowy forest, with the skeleton quartet hot on my tail.
-Time Skip-
I stop to catch my breath beside a wooden sign with the words Welcome to Snowdin painted in big, white letters, on it. "I finally (huff, huff) made it." "There she is!"
I risk a glance over my shoulder, only to see that the youngest brother is pointing right at me. I immediately take off towards a nearby building with Grillby's written over top of the front window and door.
I run up to the bartender, who is literally on fire. Actually, he is fire. "How may I help you?" "Please," I beg, "you have to hide me! Please!" The flaming creature tilts his head in confusion. "Who are you hiding from-" "I know that she came in here!" I look over at the front door, only to see the brother wearing the black coat looking for me. I know for a fact that the others won't be far behind.
"Please! I'm begging you! Please, help me!" With a quick nod, the creature, whom I assume is named Grillby, due to the fact that this is clearly his establishment, lets me hide behind the counter. I lean flat against the wood, hiding as much of myself as possible.
"Yo, Grillbz, have you happened to see a girl with long platinum hair and (e/c) eyes anywhere?" I recognize this voice as the one that belongs to the brother with the cracks in his skull.
Without so much as glance down at me, Grillby replies, "no, I haven't seen anyone that matches that description, and, if it's not too much trouble, may I ask why you are looking for her?"
"Because she mentioned our sister's name." Grillby goes stiff for a moment. "Well, if I see her, I'll bring her right to you." "Thanks, Grillbz."
As soon as the four brothers are gone, Grillby bends down so that he is pretty much the same height as me. "Alright, why did you say their sister's name? Oh, and if you don't tell me, I'll take you back to them." With a gulp, I nod reluctantly. I strain my brain, but ultimately come up empty. "I-I... don't really know," I eventually mutter.
"Well then, how old are you?" "I'm (y/a)." "Do you know those four?" "Truthfully, I might, but every memory of mine from before last year is gone." "Do you, uh, happen to know anything about how you lost your memory?" "Um, well, an explosion in my family's basement laboratory caused me to forget. Why?" I look up and see ash coming out of Grillby's eyes.
"Are you, um, crying?" Grillby hugs me tightly. "(Y/n), you've finally come back to us!" The chill in my body left over from my trek through the snow completely disappears as the flaming man embraces me. 'I guess that makes sense; he is made of fire, after all.'
"Heh, sorry for being so emotional, (y/n)." I tilt my head in confusion. "Who is this (y/n) person that everyone has been talking about?" "Wait, you really don't remember anything?" I think hard. "Um, I remember something about an older brother that I had having a skeleton hand, but that's about it," I tell Grillby, recalling that fragment of painfully-received memory.
"Um, (y/n), do you know the names of the four brothers?" "Well, not really, no." "Then allow me to fill you in. The smallest, or youngest, brother, is Underswap!Sans, but most of us call him Blue or Blueberry, due to his love of the color blue. Then there's third eldest brother, the one who walks around in pink bedroom slippers, who is just called Sans. The second eldest brother is Underfell!Sans, but he just goes by Red, and the eldest of the brothers is Gaster!Sans; he goes by G, or G!Sans. Mainly G, though."
"(Y/n), I hope you realize that this means that they're your brothers. It also means that Snowdin's lost angel has finally come home."
