I looked down at the address on my phone and back up at the house. Something told me I was at the right house but with the size of this place and how much the rent was didn't match. I took a deep breath and stepped out of the taxi. The house-if you can even call it that-reminded me of something right off a fairy tale book but a little more modern with its dark brown and red bricks and a chimney high up on the roof. It wasn't big enough to be a mansion but no where near a regular house. Taking a deep breath I took a step forward and knocked.

That soft knock was enough to make this all seem so real. That's when it hit me. I was actually here, in a city I never heard of, a school smaller than my last-and believe me, my old school had been pretty small. I'm finally majoring in acting and at last left that horrible town behind me. Best of all my best friend since childhood was beside me.

Taking this all in, I let a faint smile spread across my lips but it soon vanished when thoughts of my family came to mind. I'm not where my father wanted me to be but I am where I want to be and hopefully my mother would be happy with that.

"Finally," Mia whispered from beside me, no doubt her thoughts were on track with mine.

"Finally." I repeated, nudging her with my elbow.

Shuffling from behind the door brought me back to reality and the door opened. A girl my age or so stood in front of us. She was stunning, with her long, red hair that ended mid-way down her back and striking green eyes but what amazed me most was her smile. So sweet and welcoming...so familiar.

"You two must be Cecilia and Mia!" The girl exclaimed pulling us into the house. For someone so tiny and short she was pretty strong. "I'm Charlotte, you can call me Char or even C... Although no one actually calls me C, but oh well, call me whatever you like." She rambled on. "Just don't call me a slut, or a bitch. Don't even think about calling me a whore because I don't do anything to makes me on." She paused taking a breath "Wel-" She never finished what she was about to say because just then she locked her gaze with mine, a look of horror crossed her eyes.

I could see Mia stifling a laugh from the corner of my eye, "Well then..." she couldn't help but smile teasingly, "Nice to meet you, C."

Charlotte didn't seem to hear anything Mia said. Her eyes were locked on mine. She squinted her eyes trying to get a closer look of me and suddenly she looked like she found a treasur. But that look quickly faded into pure horror. Surly I couldn't have caused that.

We stood there for what seemed like hours.

Just then the driver walked in hustling our luggage, believe me when I saw he did not look the slightest bit happy. Guess I have to give him a big tip.

"Oh my..." Charlotte gasped turning her focus on the man who just walked in. "Let me help you!" She quickly looked over at Mia, avoiding my gaze. It took me a little longer than I would have liked to regain my posture.

What the hell just happened?! I couldn't have imagined that, could I have?

"Mia or Cecilia?" A new voice asked ahead of me.

Looking up I saw another girl, much taller than Charlotte probably a few inches taller than me. She wore the skimpiest dress, sticking ti the curves that don't exist and her platinum blonde hair fell straight down her back, probably covering more skin on her back than her dress was doing for her whole body. Her cold eyes scanned me just like I did. Unlike her I dressed modestly and by the look on her face she did not like my Polo jeans I wore with my stripped sweat shirt that ended just below my butt. Her gaze fell back on my face. Her gaze was so cold it could have frozen the Red Sea.
