Dear Paper Diary,
Kinda very grateful I still have you in my pocket, honestly... So here's what you missed:
- Crush used to work with Jim
- Jim and this hacker we have named as "LoudMouth", have dated.
- LoudMouth is one of my friends.
- LoudMouth has Banana, and will only trade her for me.
- LoudMouth locked Crush and I in a classroom.
It is Day 6 of Freak Week, and I'm not sure how much worse this can get, honestly.
Spoke too soon! Hang o--
Lace ducks as a whirlwind of papers fly overhead and lightning cracks. The misty blue sky outside brings a spell of sadness over Lace and Crush. But the sadness is quickly overrun with another flash of lighting and a change from blue to red; and anger takes over.
"You worked with my brother," Lace mumbles to herself, but loud enough for Crush to hear as he tries and tries at the handle of the door. He ignores her.
Lace opens her phone, and for the sixth time today, goes back to the messages between her and Jim. He had told her that Crush worked for the same online science forum as he did. She didn't know what to believe when he told her, she still doesn't.
Exhausted by the effort to open the door, Crush sits down next to her.
"What do you wanna know?" He asks with a sigh; the red glow from outside making him look all the more mysterious to Lace.
"You worked with my brother," Lace says again, though this time, through gritted teeth.
"I proved exemplary to the people in charge of the forum. To them, my knowledge of weather patterns and predictability could have been used to the upmost importance. I thought the were going to use what I gave them for the good. I was wrong ..."
While he was talking, Lace got completely lost in his eyes, though she could still fell anger down to her bones, her love for Crush seems to triumph overall. And it wasn't until now that she realized that Crush is completely unaffected by the mood swings. Could it be that love is triumphing his feelings as well? Or something else?
"Lace?" The crack of the loudspeaker of the familiarity of the voice speaking snaps Lace out of her trance. "Lace this is all your fault. When things go back to normal, I'm unfriending and unfollowing you in everything!"
Lace gasps, and Crush rests his hand on her shoulder. "Don't listen to her," he says. "It's the Freak Week effects talking."
The click of the Dorr unlocking was barely audible over the crackle of the loudspeaker.

Dear Robot Diary,Crush helped me to access you on my phone. So here we go, let's catch you up again:
- LoudMouth still has Banana.
- Banana hates me, though it may or may not be the Freak Week talking.
- And just to recap: LoudMouth "dated" Jim, and is one of my friends.
We're heading to the main office, we're going to find LoudMouth and we're going to get Banana back. Then, after that, the four of us are going to go back to everyone else, where we're going to figure out why our friend would turn against us.
Easier said than done, honestly.
And maybe it's just the fact that the sky is still red, or maybe what I'm feeling are real emotions, but I'm mad at Jim. He didn't tell me about LoudMouth and him, and Crush, until it was too late.
I just, I just wanna figure all this out.
Being too busy typing her entry into her phone, Lace didn't realize the yellow glow of the outside, and that Crush had stopped; that was, until she ran right into him.
"Jeez Heavensmall," he laughs, rubbing the back of his head. "Walk much?"
Lace laughs, rubbing the bridge of her nose. "I mean... 'A' for effort, at this point." And at this point, feeling as if a weight was lifted off her shoulds, Lace cannot stop her laughter once it begins. From cute girly-girl giggling, to just straight up cackling.
And luckily enough, it was contagious enough for Crush to join in, too.
They are only a hallway away from the main office, if LoudMouth was anywhere close, their loud mouths would definitely be heard.
With a crack of lightning, Lace finds herself looking into his eyes, his hair a sort of purple tint, and his face illuminated by the pink sky of outside.
Lace smiles at the boy before her. "Crush, we should probably --" He cuts her off with a kiss. Taken completely off guard, but not protesting it in the least, Lace smiles against the warm, slightly chapped lips on her own.
"Just in case," Crush shrugs, breaking away from Lace. "Now let's go find LoudMouth." He takes his hand in hers, and the two of them walk down the main hallway, to the office.

Papers, and wrappers litter the floor, the hallways of the school are trashed. There is no light save the overwhelming glow of pink that is Freak Week at its worst. But dispite all those factors, the two love-birds are still able to make out the shadowy figure that is Banana, standing outside of the office.
"Banana?" Lace cautiously calls out as the two of them approach her.
"Lace!" Banana calls out, her face becoming more clear to them. "Oh em gee! I'm so happy to see you! Help me!"
Crush and Lace stop a safe distance away. "Banana, where's LoudMouth?"
"He said the only way to see him, is to trade."
"B, who is 'He'?!" Somehow perfectly timed, Crush squeezes Lace's hand as lightning strikes outside. The sickening pink turns a terrifying shade of red. He kisses her cheek before walking towards Banana. Lace holds his hand until the last second.
"I'm sorry, Lace," Crush says, never turning to face her. "But I needed my plan to work."
"What're you talking about?! What'd you mean?!" Lace can feel something boiling inside of her. "You're --"
"I'm LoudMouth," he finally admits. "I catfished your brother, I needed to know what he knows. I tricked you all -- with some help from some Minions. I needed Freak Week to happen. Jim wanted peace, I wanted whatever knowledge we shared to be used for the better. Freak Week is the better! So I used our knowledge to intensify weather patterns, and have them correspond with human emotions and activity."
"You're insane!" Anger. That's what Lace feels. Anger at everything. At Freak Week, at Crush. "What did you hope to gain from this?"
"Respect. Recognition. You?" Crush yakes a step fowards her, and Lace takes a step back. "Come with me, Lace?"
He extends Lace his hand, and she doesn't move towards it.
"If that's your choice," Crush's voice becomes terrifyingly serious.
Lightning flashes and the red sky becomes black. Whatever traces of light become nonexistent.
