First period, Precalculus. Honestly, doesn't the guidance department understand that teenagers aren't able to do math in the morning. We are 100% dead in the morning, no way can I figure out numbers 7:30 in the morning. Getting a seat in the middle of the classroom, I sat next to my friend Cassie who I become close to from track. The teacher walked in doing his whole speech on the course outline, as I slowly put my head down on the desk, as his words were putting me to sleep. The door swings open and I pop my head up and then I was instantly captivated.
His ocean blue eyes were the first thing I saw, it made Hawaii's most beautiful oceans look like sad. He's defined jawline perfectly shaped his face, and his blonde hair was perfectly messy. Several strands of hair flew out of place making him more sexy, and going down to his body made my mouth water. He was wearing a maroon polo with slouched jeans falling perfectly into place, matching perfectly with his high top Nike's. Not able to turn away, he slowly spoke to the class in the sexiest voice, "Hi, my names Liam. I just moved here."
I quickly glanced at the class before turning my eyes toward Liam again. Girls drooling over him, already knowing that they wanted to know him and hook up with him. The way the girls were looking at him made me jealous, knowing that I would never possibly have a chance with him, there were girls way prettier than me that he could choose from. On the other hand, boys are already sending daggers at him, already seeing that the girls were going to go for Liam and not them. I already knew that I couldn't know him. I refused to get to know him, no matter how gorgeous he is. I could tell from his vibe that he was a player, and I can't have someone like that in my life. I'm in search for a stable relationship, someone I could call mine, forever and always.
Liam handed his schedule to Mr. Sinsky and found his way to find a sit. While walking past me, I breathed in his scent. The perfect mix of cinnamon and the ocean, the perfect combination that made me get goosebumps all over my body. I was confused, I've never felt this way before. A boy never made me feel this way, especially a stranger.
He sat in the seat behind me, my heart was pounding out of my chest and I knew that this class was practically over. I wouldn't be able to concentrate with him sitting behind me. Interrupting my thoughts, I felt a slight tap on my shoulder. I slowly turned around and looked at him. He was even more gorgeous up close if that's even possible. His blue eyes bore into mine boring green ones making my heart beat out of my chest. I wouldn't be surprised if he could hear it.
"Hey um, can I borrow a pen? I forgot one."
"Uh yeah sure."
Reaching down into my bag to get him a pen, I give it to him, his fingers slightly brushing mine. I could feel the hairs on my arm stand up as he gave a small smile and quietly thanked me. I turned around tried focusing on what the teacher was saying. All I knew was that this was going to be a really interesting year.
