Tony's p.o.v

Its been 3 weeks since McGee died Abby was so relived he was harassing her, and stalking her.

Ziva would be so happy to hear the news, but we can't contact her apparently she moved back to Israel.

I miss her so much. Its like my heart has been ripped out and every time I think of her my wife eats a bit of it. I don't love my wife, I tolerate her.

I asked her for a divorce, she told me we could work if out, I don't think we can.

(He's walking into his apartment)

I open the door to be bit with the smell of Apple pie. I know what shes doing she's trying to make me call in love with her through her cooking.

I walk to the kitchen to see her sitting there... Crying.

I go up to her and give her a huge, I might not love her but I still care for her, "hey, what's wrong? What can I do to make you feel better?" I ask with concern.

She looks at me but quickly looks away "you don't love me."

"But you've known that for a long time, why are you so upset about this now? What wrong you can tell me," I'm starting to get really worried, suddenly I notice something in her hand "what's in ur hand?"

She quickly pulls it under the table as if that will stop me from seeing it, "Sara, Sara, what do you have there? How am I supposed to help you if you won't tell me what's wrong? Your getting me really worried here," I say worriedly.

She slowly brings her hand up giving me the stick thing, "I'm pregnant,"

I look at the stick to see it shows positive.

"I'm gonna be a dad! IM GONNA BE A DAD!!!"

She looks at me like I'm crazy, "why are you happy you don't love me, how can you love my baby? You want a divorce, and I was gonna tell you tonight that I'll go through with it, but with me being pregnant and all.. I just don't want my child to grow up in a broken house hold."

I look at her face there's no joy like there should be, instead there's pain.

"We will work this out I'll do what the marriage consular says and I'll try, I'll try," I say with all my heart, I really mean it this time.

She smiles a smile I have not seen since I proposed she gives me a hug "really? You'd really do that for us?"

"Yes really, but if it doesn't work out we will vet a divorce with no custody battles we will be civil, and he she will never feel unloved by either of us. OK?"

Sara looks at me with the face, I can never tell what she's thinking with that face, "OK"

(At work 10:37 am)

Elli looked up at me "Tony!! Someone's trying to hack into your files!"

Gibbs and I ran to her desk "find out who and if you can't find who find were!" Gibbs commands elli.

As I get my gear together elli finds out were, and we hit the road. I'm slightly panicking who wants to access my personal file? Why me?

An hour later..

We pull up to a small house with flowers and bikes out front a pink one and a blue one, a few more toys litter the lawn.

We knock on the door and it's opened by a boy of around 8 years old he looks at us then slams the door, we hear him yelling inside to someone "MOMMY GIBBS IS HERE!!"

We look at each other in confusion as we hear someone talking in Hebrew? Slowly the door opens and a little girl comes out looks like the age of the boy maybe twins.

She looks at me and says "mommy says that she's not ready for company right know she has to go to go shopping, you can come by another time when the house is cleaned," she looks so innocent when she speaks I can't help feel like I have a connection with her, she even kinda looks like me.

Gibbs stoops down to her level and talks in a calming yet commanding tone "hey honey listen we need to talk to your mommy, it's really important, do you think you can go in and tell your mommy to come out, if she can't we will come in OK?"

The little girl nods her head and disappears behind the door. When she comes back out she lets us in, as we walk in I start to feel wierd like something is about to happen.

I go into the living room where we see someone sitting in a chair their back to us, she gets up and turns around leaving us shocked,
