1.You can't play God, as in your OC can have the power of a god but is has to be able to be defeated by an enemy.
2.You can kill someone, but it is mandatory
that he/she are brought back to life with the Dragon Balls.
3.If your a dead character such as Frieza, you CANT kill other RPers. You can reduce their health, strength, and stamina, but you can't kill anyone of you are a dead character.
~~~~~~~~~How-This-Works~~~~~~~~~~
Each page will work as a different planet or place from the series. To go to that planet, you need to either have someone teach you Instant Transmission, or have a space pod. First off, you can only get a space pod by either knowing me personally or having me totally trust you (just ask me nicely and I'll make you a page XD). Second off, the space pods work as if they were a TARDIS, bigger on the inside,so they count as a completely different room, and can travel through space in an instant. No time travel though. -cry-;-;
