Celebrating their tenth anniversary together, Manuel and Charlene are faced with increasing hints from their in-laws about the next step that they should take.

Having a baby together should be the easy next step for the couple who want nothing more than to have a family together.

The only thing that seems to be standing in the way is the fact that no matter how hard they try, Charlene just isn't falling pregnant.

Advice from a close friend reveals some shocking results for the couple, shaking everything that they had ever dreamed of to the core. 

How will they deal with the fact that having a baby might not be as easy as they had hoped?
