two weeks later

vanessa's pov

jack and i have been good. but madison still works with him and it makes me upset that he spends most of his day with her, and not me. he works from 8 in the morning to 8 at night.

that's a lot of time with her and not me. at least i have weekends with him. im not trying to sound selfish but, it sucks. because even on weekends we still have sky, meaning no alone time.

i don't mind having family time though, but while sky's at kindergarten and jacks at work, im at home all alone.

jack still won't let me get a job to occupy myself throughout the day.

but it's currently 9pm and jack still isn't home. he hasn't texted me or called, so me being his wife, i am worried. sky is asleep and im sitting on the couch watching friends while i wait.

jack: hey babe. sorry im not home but i have to work over time.. i miss you and im sorry:( i would much rather be with you right now.. love you and see you soon.

me: yea. ok see you soon. love you too.

im kinda upset that he didn't text me untill an hour later. what if he's cheating on me with madison.. no, no, no! think positive, he wouldn't do that.

madisons probably there. more time with the devil. as much as I want to go check on him i can't because sky is sleeping upstairs. and we all know how that went last time..

i guess I should go to bed too.
